Exceeded expectations - The team of servers were exceptional, but Jeffrey was really the star. He was gracious and funny, interactive with our entire family. He not only made our day, we will remember that experience because of him for a very long time. And not to forget why we were there, the wine tour and food were excellent.

A+ food, drink, and serivce! - I've been to ALOT of wine experiences, and this was absolutely one of the best tastings of my life. The food, wine, and tour in the cellar were excellent. A+ service as well. Highly recommend.

Great lunch - Fantastic lunch and wine tasting. Five course lunch was delicious and our sommelier picked outstanding wines.

When we arrived we were greeted and... - <p>When we arrived we were greeted and were handed a champagne cocktail which was nice. Michael did a lovely job showing us around the wine cellar and the cigar making facility. But I was disappointed that we only saw the chocolate shop gift store and did not see how they are made. And it went downhill from there. There were 6 of us in the tour group although we didn't know each other. We were seated in the main dining room at separate tables. And we sat there for so long we thought we had been forgotten and were getting ready to leave. There was some sort of meeting or conference going on and they were receiving all of the attention. There was very little information given on the wines and no discussion at all about the food pairings etc. And the amount of time between courses was excruciatingly long. It took so long that we had to leave before desert was served to get to other activities. The place is beautiful but I will not go back nor would I recommend this activity to anyone else.</p>
