The people were very... - The people were very professional and nice. None of our phones worked there as we don't have international. You are on your own and we didn't have a map. The company found us one and it made us feel safer.

They delivered the side... - They delivered the side by side to use right outside the port and we were on our way in 5 minutes. When we were done we dropped it off right next to the port. (Other companies shuttle you to their lot and you return it there and are shuttled back to the port.) I do recommend downloading a map for offline use. Great experience.

Great experience! - Started off a little rocky. First one that was delivered to us at Riu Hotel started overheating and thr check engine light was flashing. After we stopped, contacted the company and they brought us a new one at no additional cost. Much better experience after getting in the second. Drove around the whole island and they even reimbursed me for having to out gas in it (second one came with half a tank). Would definitely recommend and if you have concerns, call the number directly instead of messaging as it is faster.

Unforgettable Buggy Adventure in Nassau! - Freddie was absolutely fantastic! We had a blast exploring Nassau in the buggy—such a fun and unique way to see the island. The entire experience was exciting, and incredibly memorable. Highly recommend Viking Rental for anyone looking to add some adventure to their trip!

We had an awesome time! - The young guys delivered the SxS on time, gave great instructions (even though we have a similar SxS at home). Have a plan on what you want to visit. Remember to drive on left side of the road. There are MANY one-way streets. Use Google Maps or Waze for best directions! This was a great way to try all of the beaches, visit some of the historical sights and then drive over to Paradise Island!

Confusing - We booked a side by side for 6 of us and had no clue where to go to get it. We found a random man on the street selling excursions and asked him. He called the rental place and they brought us our ATV. No questions, no forms, no instructions. Driving it was no problem and it was a nice ATV with a Bluetooth speaker and plenty of cargo space for our beach gear, but when it was time to return it, we had no clue how. We drove to where we got it and there was no one waiting for us so again we found a random person and asked. He said to leave the keys with him. Felt super uncomfortable doing that but we didn’t have much of a choice. Tried messaging the company and got no response.

Make sure prior of exact... - Make sure prior of exact location for pickup and drop off . Don’t count on hem to provide any kind of map. This company’s instructions for pickup and drop off weren’t provided in the reservations. The vehicle ran fine, make sure to plan your route before hand

Bad Buggy - I paid $300 for 5 hours rental of a buggy that had motor trouble. At times it wouldn't even start. The average speed it could accelerate to was 18 miles per hour I was stuck with it.

Scam - This company is a SCAM. Writing this so others don’t have to go through what we went through. We rented from this company for a 4 hour trip & they were over 30 minutes late. We called originally at 10:24am to confirm to meet at 11AM which they didn’t get there until 11:30AM. Our rental was suppose to be from 11:00am to 3pm so since he was late we asked if we could keep it until 3:30pm which he was fine with doing. At 1:01 we were towed because we were apparently parked in a tow zone even though it was the middle of downtown Nassau and all other cars were parked in the same parking spots as us except our car was the only one to be towed, it was also strange how when we showed up to the police station the tour operator who rented us the vehicle was just already there immediately. It really was giving scam to the max just to make another $100 off us. You would’ve gotten a decent tip from us if you weren’t so shady. There was ZERO indication that it would be towed, no signs mentioning it or anything. We were then told we would have to pay $100 dollars cash to get the car back, the only reason we did that was to get my cup that I left in the car and honestly we should’ve just not paid the tow charge and take our loss with my tumbler cup. There was zero paper work, no ticket information on why we were towed or anything & it was just very sketchy situation, when we asked where can we even park then if it’s just going to get towed again if we took it back out you had no answer for that & we only had the car from 11:30-1:00 when it got towed. Once we got it back we just no longer wanted it, it really ruined our experience. I also contacted trip advisor’s supervisor & he personally called the rental company, you lied to him saying you were only “12 minutes late” and that we had the car for over “3 hours” I have all the time stamps from multiple phone calls with you from you running late all the way to when you called me about it being towed to prove that you are wrong about this. This whole situation was very upsetting for our vacation.
