Horrible Experience, Please Read before booking with this company! - **Horrible Experience*** Read this before you waste your money. We read some bad reviews but really wanted to swim with the pigs and do the little boat so we ignored those reviews and tried it anyway. Well that was a mistake. 1st off we called the day before because we knew it would rain around Noon and the tour didn’t start until 10 and asked if we could start a little earlier (because we was the only people that booked the tour) He said “I’m the weather man down here, don’t worry it won’t rain but we will start right at 10am” Come 10am the owner showed up but his employees the “Guides” showed up 20 min late, then they didn’t even have the ATV’s. We waited another 40 min before we even got started. I asked if we could do the boats first while the weather was nice and he said no worries it’s not gonna rain. (When what really happened is another couple had registered that morning but was gonna be 1.5 hours late and he wanted to make more money. Anyways by the time we got back from the ATV tour sure enough it was raining. He apologized and said he would refund us. Okay that’s fair enough but he never refunded us. There was always an excuse, he tried but the credit card processor didn’t do it, then he was gonna send by PayPal and had another excuse. There was always something! This guy is a scam artist! Please don’t use this company. There is many other services on the island that do the same thing and we should have listened to other that took the time to leave a bad review and what they said. Now we are out $570 and the owner doesn’t care.
