Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact the operator by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation/rescheduling. No-shows will be charged the full price.

We chose the Distillery and Brewery Tour. Our guide, Rylee, was great! He had us laughing a lot, he engaged both couples that were on our adventure and was very knowledgeable of Nashville. He represented JoyRide very well! He seems to take pride in working for JoyRide and for living in Nashville. We loved him and hope to come back again soon! Highly recommend both JoyRide and definitely Rylee!

We reserved the VIP tour so all 6 of us could get in one cart. When our tour time started 2 guides came and said we had to split up because there was no VIP carts available. We should have been notified prior to the tour instead of at the moment our drivers walked up to us. Cam and Jake were great, but should have been notified ahead of time.

This was a very disappointing and overly expensive activity for what we received. $70 per person for nothing more than a short golf cart ride is outrageous. The website description said we would be getting distillery tours and a few free tastings. The first stop was Tennessee whiskey, and they offer free tastings to everyone who walks in the door. At the next two stops we had to purchase our own drinks. There were nine of us on a girls trip and we were all very disappointed. It was a waste of our time and money.
