Worth It! - I love the fact that we were able to do so many activities with this pass. It saved us quite a bit of money.

Definitely worth it - Everything we went to and use the pass was seamless. I was afraid that there would be some glitches, but there wasn’t. Definitely got our moneys worth.

Worth the price - We did the 2-day sightseeing pass and were able to do almost all of the attractions. The passes saved us well over $200, opposed to purchasing the tickets separately. Because we had the passes, we did attractions we may not have spent the money on separately. Well worth it. Especially if you are wanting to do multiple attractions in the area. While we were there (November 2021) the greyhound bus was not running. The person we spoke to did give us an alternative bus they were working with, but we were unable to find it.

Not Good - Wouldn't recommend this. Many of the attractions included are hop on/off bus rides, I have no idea what that even is. Also many of the attractions should be booked weeks in advance and that's not possible with this pass. We went to Andrew Jackson Hermitage at 9:00 only to be told they were booked until 3:45 and the pass didn't include mansion tour, only walking outside. That was never noted on the Sightseeing website. Also Hatch Print show was booked out the whole weekend, so we didn't even get to see that. I feel ripped off, we bought 3 adult passes

Do not use this company - Worse experience in my life. We booked our tickets before our trip to Nashville only to find out the buses were not running the 3 days we were there. They refused to return our money and their customer service was non existent. I was telling my coworkers about it & I was shocked to hear that others had the same awful experience with this company. So sad that now that people are starting to feel safe to travel again this company is using false advertisement to rip them off.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER USE THEM!!! - My family was informed IN WRITTING the bus's first stop was the Jackson home, so we went there to be picked up. We waited OVER 2 1/2 hours, the bus NEVER came. I called and text the company. The person I spoke to via what's app text told me at 10am the bus would be there in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. We left at 11:45/11:50 when the bus NEVER showed up. The person I actually spoke to via phone told me about 20 minutes at 10:30, again the bus NEVER showed up! We toured the grounds only at the Jackson house while we waited and when I called to request a refund since the bus never showed up, I was told NO because we used the pass at the Jackson house. My family did NOT get on the bus, never saw the bus (confirmed with the people working at the Jackson house it never came) and never went inside the Jackson house. But still was refused a refund! I will NEVER use this company again and feel like they are thieves! Shame on you Viator!

Misleading tour - Your website is very misleading. The tickets we bought were only good for the bus ride. Your website indicated that there would be several stops with the attraction entries covered by our tickets. We couldn't hop off and on the bus. We want our money back! Paid $178.00 for an hour bus tour.

Terrible experience with Sightseeing Day Pass for Nashville Tn. - My experience was terrible. I will never book again before I leave home. The company never answered the phone!!! It was not a hop on hop off. The welcome center knew nothing about this sight seeing day pass. The country music hall of fame didn’t want to take the tickets we had to argue with them. Their information on the website was misleading!! I would advise anyone don’t book with sightseeing day pass!
