My experience was great.... - My experience was great. I can’t think of the pilots name, but he was awesome. I would most definitely do it again. 1000/10‼️

Wow! - Amazing experience!!! This was part of my son’s 18th birthday gift and it was a hit!! The views are stunning and our pilot was incredible!! He pointed out different landmarks and he was so nice!! He said he was from Norway and had been flying for 2 years. He flew that bird like he’d been flying for decades. He was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this trip for anyone who is interested! This was a once in a lifetime experience. I am so glad we did this! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Very pleasant trip. - Don’t expect too much of a hospitable service from the front desk when checking in. The guy doesn’t even look at you while responding to your questions.
The pilot and his assistant were great though. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pilot was late and shorted us on tour time - The view was beautiful, but the pilot was 20 minutes late for our flight and then he shorted us on time. Because of the wait, our scheduled uber was cancelled so we were charged for the uber and had to book another one. Beautiful view, but the price was insane considering we were shorted at least 5 minutes of a 15 min tour. Do not recommend

Can’t review a helicopter tour that never happened. The phone app and customer service gets a 1-star review! - It never happened!
I received a text 6 hours before our scheduled tour, saying there was an issue with our helicopter and they wanted us to postpone until “next weekend”.
We were disappointed, but understood.
They said they would begin processing our refund and I haven’t heard anything since.
When I tried to contact Viator, there was no link on the phone app for a live chat. That is the reason for the 1-star review.
