I loved it! - Noah was great to chat with during flight, highly recommend it at nighttime, it was gorgeous. Check out downtown during the day then you can pick things out at night

Too short but smooth - It was a nice tour and check in was a breeze. I hate the fact it was about 10 mins or so and we could hardly hear the pilot. I was expecting a 30 mins tour and see my historic sites. I wish they add the time duration in the description prior to booking.

Amazing Views, Disappointing First Impression - Helistar Aviation was a mixed experience for us. The biggest issue was the pricing transparency. The advertised $90 price is only for about a 7-minute ride, which is not clearly explained in the description. If you actually want the downtown Nashville tour, it’s an additional $43 per person, bringing the total much higher. Unfortunately, the upsell happens after you arrive at their office, which did not feel great. The whole process gave off the feeling of being on a used car lot rather than booking a professional tour experience. The second challenge was finding the office itself. When we arrived, it was not staffed, and the entrance door was not clearly marked. We had to ask neighboring businesses where Helistar Aviation was located. Once you find it, you’ll know you’re in the right place because of the video screens and signage inside. Even a simple note on the door saying, “We’re out on a tour and will be back soon to assist you,” would have been much better than leaving customers sitting there wondering if they were even in the right place. On the positive side, our pilot Noah was excellent, very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. He made the actual helicopter tour enjoyable and memorable. That said, when an experience starts with confusion and an upsell instead of a warm welcome, it creates a negative first impression that is hard to overcome. This is more of a buyer beware situation regarding ownership and business practices, not the pilots or guides themselves.

Okay but not worth the money asked. - Flight was great for first time experience especially when you with someone like my best friend / husband. This was my very first time on an aircraft of any kind so at the time paying $90 per person didn't seem so bad. It was supposed to be for a 20 minute tour over downtown Nashville. It was more like a 10 minute experience and Never came close to downtown Nashville really only stayed in like the 2 mile radius of what we got on the flight for. I wouldn't recommend this if you're not new to the experience. Mike, the person who gave us pre-directions before the flight was awesome and very nice and the pilot was amazing, kept everything safe and even showed us where Kid Rock lived. We did see an old prison and a junkyard but nothing really as exciting as it probably should have been. I would have uploaded many pictures but it won't allow it because it says there's an error in the network So this is unfortunately how many that it would allow me to do.

Short ride means very short. - When they say short they mean short. Maybe a 10 minute ride. Went above TSU and the high school. Turned back.

Posting is very... - Posting is very misleading. The posting mentions the experience is approximately 20 min and but the ride we experienced was only for 5 minutes. Even if we consider the 20 min includes 10 min check-in + 7-10 min of the ride, it was not worth paying 90 per person for a 5 min ride.

The pilot and crew were... - The pilot and crew were great. But the booking system was terrible. They refused me to refund my $540 after I made mistake when I type my family members names and flight hours. I have cancelled with in few minutes and edited the booking. But they changed my for cancelled booking also their customer service is terrible. Even they have no interest to explain the situation and hesitate for further details.
