Fun helicopter ride but didn't get the full 15 minutes in the air! So sad : ( - It was fun and exciting to go up in a helicopter but we didn't get the full 15-minute flight that we paid for, nor did we even get to view downtown Nashville as described in the online "Itinerary" section. We maybe got 7-8 minutes in the air and things were pointed out from a far distance, including downtown. We saw the skyline but it was from very far away as you can see from our photo below. Also, make sure you put in the correct weights of your passengers, as we guestimated our weights and the 3rd member of our party was not able to ride because they said we were over the weight limit. It states online that "The total weight of each passenger is limited to 300lbs (137KG)". Each member of our trio definitely weighed less than 300 lbs. We were not even offered a refund, only the option to purchase an additional ticket for the 3rd member to ride since they will only take a minimum of 2 people up at one time. Definitely a lot less than we expected! But..... the pilot was nice.
