How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

That caramel apple pie though - Great food and great service. The Messi Chicken sandwich was delicious and the mushroom Swiss burger was great. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the macaroni and cheese may have been the best I have ever had. The real showstopper was the apple cobbler though! It was cinnamon-y and gooey and topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel. Oh yum!

Jordan was server ever…..no personality - We were in Nashville for country music week and all restaurants had no reservations left or had a 2+ hour wait, we found Hard Rock had a 5:30 opening online so we grabbed it, this wasn’t our first choice as we have eaten here before but we wanted dinner before the concert in Nissan Stadium and it was close to walk to after as the concert started at 8 p.m. We were given a table by the servers ordering station up by the bathrooms which was fine as there were 4 of us. It took quite awhile for server to come over and at least acknowledge we were there. His name was Jordan and he walked by our table at least 6 times before he stopped and took our drink order. Then it took 12 minutes to get our drinks 3 waters and a iced tea…….nuts He then waited quite some time for Jordan to come take our order, we ordered then he came back about 5 minutes later to tell us they had no quesadillas which one girl ordered, she chose something else quick, I asked for sugar for my ice tea and he told me he had to go to the other side of restaurant to get sugar so it would take a minute (why do they not keep sugar and condiments in that little room they place orders in ? I was always taught work smart not hard) ????? We received our food a chicken sandwich, a steak salad, a ceaser chicken salad, and a tomato mozzarella flatbread still no sugar….so I asked the other server a female for sugar she said ok. We all started eating the food was average nothing to brag about. I asked for sugar yet again was told again he had to go to other side of the room to get it. Finally when I was almost done eating I got sugar for my tea however he brought a cup with sugar ????? It’s a restaurant you serve coffee do you not have sugar packets ? You are bringing sugar in a drinking cup ? How do I know where the sugar came from that was concerning. Jordan never came over to see how food was just to drop bill on the table. We the 4 of us are all servers so we know what’s expected in our job title and I would never ignore my customers like we were ignored and it wasn’t just our table he wasn’t in any hurry to serve any of his tables all the servers around him were running their tales off it was CMA week, you would think he would want to turn tables ASAP to make as much money as he could but I guess not. I only wanted to tip him 10% and he didn’t deserve that but girls talked me into 15% not deserved. If you go here for food ask for any server other than Jordan………you want to enjoy your experience We had nachos that we shared that were good

Lost its shine - It is what it is, simple, not as good food as they used to have. The name of the game is fast turnover, not a place to linger and listen to the music.

Just ok - The food was ok, but on the expensive side. The stuff on the walls was ok to look at. service was ok. At $150 for a family of 4 a little expensive for basically what i consider to be cheap dinners, nothing to write home about. I would try to find a local place to eat than here.

Need to drug screeen employees!!! - Our waiter was nice, but everytime he came to our table he smelled terribly of Marijuana. When our food came 2 out of 4 things were wrong!!! He even wrote it down. I can't blame him solely. Mavbe he wrote it down correctly, the kitchen staff was high too and couldn't read. I wasn't impressed.

In our 60s but asked for ID in afternoon - We really like the Hard Rock Cafe and have always visited wherever we find them across the world and across the USA. We spotted this Hard Rock restaurant on our first afternoon. It is located on Broadway which is one of the most popular areas in Nashville. We entered the restaurant were greeted and taken to a seating area. We chose food and drinks from the Menu and the waiter returned to take our order. We asked for drinks at which point the waiter asked for our ID. We informed him we were both over 60. He apologised and said it is the law that we must show him our ID. He refused to serve us and we had to leave. Since returning to the UK i checked on the state laws which states "Bars and restaurants are required to check identification on anyone who appears to be to be under the age o 30 to make sure they are of legal drinking age". Clearly they do not understand there own laws.

Overpriced and bad food/drinks - I hate leaving bad reviews because I know they affect people’s business but I would never recommend this location. Honestly very overpriced and the food was not good. Drinks were more expensive than other bars/restaurants on the strip. I would not recommend at all to anyone. Chicken was slimy as well.

False advertising- did not indicate this was 5pm or after - Super disappointed. The reservation never said a time. It only showed hours of operation and what came with the purchase meal. We got there at 3pm and they told us the tickets weren’t good until 5pm. We ended up paying for these tickets and had to buy our meal there, basically paying twice for the same thing. The tickets were money out the window. It was 4th of July and super crowded so we weren’t willing to come back or wait two hours and try to fight crowds or risk not being able to get out of downtown. Crazy disappointing.
