Great Time - We were looking for something different to do in Nashville and booked the Kayaking with Shuttle. We crossed the footbridge and saw the tent just as we were instructed in the email. The van took us up to the drop off point, gave us life vests and instructions and we were on our way. The people running this operation were super friendly. Not much in the way of scenery (a couple of turtles and 2 pretty Blue Herons ) until we were about 2/3 way down the river. It was a good work out, we definitely had to paddle. I would do this again but would probably just rent the Kayak downtown without Shuttle.

Nashville kayaking - We had a good time on the river. My wife and I were able to work in some time away together and kayaking was something we like doing when given the opportunity. Saw quite a few turtles and the weather was great fortunately. Staff was great. Very informative on the local area and places to check out nearby.

Something different to do in Music City - My cousin and I did this a couple days ago. We met at the downtown location and parked in the ‘under the bridge lot’. They sent out an email with detailed directions for parking. I thought communication was good. We had both been kayaking before, this is not an instructional kayak session. They will review the basics. It was three miles. We did have to paddle almost the entire time. There was no current to ‘help’ push you along. . Keep that in mind, especially if you are taking a child. It was a good out of the box experience. If you are used to a current to help push you along- may want to check an alternate route. We did ‘The Skyline’. Staff very friendly. Wear water shoes if you have them, bring water or a drink. Took about an hour.

Amazing! - We had an incredible time! And the crew were so amazing! We also had a great experience booking through Viator. No issues at all.

Concert on the River - Perfect length for a kayaking trip. Very relaxing. Got to catch some of CMA Fest at the end as well!

Wonderful with a little tip! - Great experience and beautiful scenery! We were hoping to stay dry but the guides pushed a little hard when launching our kayaks and water rushed in ending with us riding with wet pants the entire time.

Great view at the end - Great interactions with the team and great service. Great view of the city at the end of the 3 mile stretch we kayaked. I think I had a slightly different impression that we would be kayaking with a view of the city for the majority of the activity rather than just the end, but still enjoyed the time nonetheless.

Feeing a bit misled - Somewhat misleading from the advertisement we saw. It stated that it was a “tour” and that sunscreen and water bottles were provided, but that didn’t happen, instead they tried charging us. There was nowhere to really park near the meeting place, and when we approached the “guides”, they seemed to be anything but enthusiastic to be there. It almost felt as if we were an inconvenience to them. As we tried to make conversation on our way to the drop off point, it was like pulling teeth and not gonna lie, a little awkward at times. Once at the drop off point, one of the guys gave us brief instructions, and sent us on our way down the river. Please note, this is not a tour nor a guide, but rather more of a kayak rental, which is fine, but would’ve been nice to know.

Find a Responsible Kayak Company - Poorly run. No instruction. Left their customers to completely fend for themselves. Had to rescue two beginners that were in trouble and in a panic. When we brought it to managements attention at the end they denied they had a problem and said we should not have tried to be the "hero". My experience on the water is you always help those in need, not just leave them. Find another kayak company that takes responsibility for their actions.
