Fun, educational, and accommodating - Your was informational and fun! Our guide was great!! They were flexible and even dropped us off back on Broadway instead of back at the start of the tour which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Awesome tour experience! - Had an awesome sightseeing tour with Matt and Cici! They showed us sights and spots in Nashville that we definitely wouldn’t have been able to make time to see on our own, and were super friendly and helpful.
It was a little windy up on the bus, so if it’s chillier out, bring a layer!

Still waiting on our money back! - One day after booking we got a voicemail that their tour guide was out sick all week and they were cancelling and that we had to call Viator to get our refund. So I guess they only have one tour guide, they allowed us to book and pay upfront knowing they were not running them AND I have to spend hours of my time now trying to get our $156 dollars refunded for our tickets!! Still waiting on the refund because Viator has to get the verification from the tour operator that they cancelled, even after I send them the actual voicemail. Very frustrating. There are plenty of tours in Nashville so I would recommend booking the Old Town Trolley tour instead of this one!

The worst - The worst customer service from the Sightseeing company I ever had. They cancel and didn't even offer an apology or try to offer any other options. Viator was very helpful and professional but the tour company was not.
