Enlightening - I love history, and very interesting to learn how some people lived so privileged then and how some were so oppressed.

Lovingly furnished manor house - A beautifully furnished mansion with a very, very nice gift shop. We are always surprised how tourists in the USA can walk through rooms where so many objects are laid out unsecured for viewing. Very loving details.

Interesting Mansion and great people running it - This is a beautiful house that is continually being restored. The historical interpreters were great providing a summary of the house history and then answered all our questions while we walked the house.

Belmont mansion - Good tour for something to do. The introduction guide was great and very knowledgeable. After the introduction the rest of the tour is self guided which is cool since you can go at your own pace. Nice place to visit.

Good for a rainy day - It only took us an hour to do this tour. It is good to do on a rainy day. If you buy your tickets through the Trolley company you save $1. Ask for the senior discount if you’re a senior.

Eh.. so so - The history of the house was interesting. It may be in the top 15 of antebellum homes I’ve seen. Hard to find because of the college being built around it. They also ruined it by building and connecting college offices onto it. Overall, it was ok. Not the best I’ve seen. Not the worse. College campus grounds were beautiful.

Run by kids who are not personable - After having been to Belle Meade Mansion we were disappointed with the Belmont mansion and the tour guide. Not worth the time or money.

Didn't go - Did not use tickets. Showed up at 10am when your website said they would open to find a sign on door saying they were opening at 12 due to marathon. Could not return due to schedule conflicts. Dissatisfied with the information and communication of this issue
