You will have a brief stop for breakfast at 8am on the way or you can carry picnic breakfast.

0900hrs: Arrive in Maasai Mara Game drives start at the Sekenani Gate all the way to the Maasai Mara river.

Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five.

1300hrs: You will enjoy packed picnic lunch under a tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park, alternatively upon request we are happy to reserve buffet lunch for you at the Keekorok Lodge at an extra 25 USD per person.

1430hrs: A short early afternoon game viewing drive as we exit the park

1600hrs: Depart the park and start the drive back to Nairobi.

2000hrs:Arrive back in Nairobi and transfer back to your hotel.

Amazing Safari - This experience was absolutely amazing!! Our guide Shadrack picked us up on time at our hotel in Nairobi and safely and comfortably got us to masai Mara by early morning . We made one stop for wash rooms and tea and gifts (at a very nice curio shop!) then switched to a 4wd vehicle to get into the park . Our driver was a local tribesman named Sam who was wonderful! He told us a lot about his tribe and his lifestyle and culture. We saw 4 of the big 5 (rhino was too elusive for us this day!) and got a bunch of great photos and videos. Shadrack knew the best spots for photos and how to get super close to the animals. We stopped for a great picnic lunch and then headed back out after about 5 hours in the park. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone ! It was just my husband and I and Sam and shadrack and we felt comfortable the entire time. We passed other groups who looked like they were cramped and packed into their trucks and not having much fun. I was so grateful for the personal attention. Some things to be aware of : *it is a very bumpy ride ! Be prepared. *do not wear white or anything you don’t want to get dirty. If it has rained recently the mud will fly into the vehicle and you will get dirty . All part of the fun. *things in Kenya can be unpredictable, so just try to go with the flow. Thank you again for the wonderful experience !!!

Great one day tour to Masai Mara for those with limited time availability - This was a great experience. If you have only one day available, then this is the tour to go to. We were picked up at the hotel at 5 am. We had a brief stop around 830 am at the restroom, and then around 9 am we were at the Masai Mara gate. We changed the vehicle and started the safari. Our tour guide Simba was great as well as our driver Sam. Sam seemed very skilled driver considering that the road was bumpy. Simba was a great guide and very caring in regards to our needs. I loved his guidance, his information about animals, and a historical perspective in regards to the things I asked. Things to consider - there is no restroom in the park, so be prepared to use a "bush-restroom". We had a picnic lunch, and if you have dietary restrictions, let your driver know in advance. We were back at the gate around 4 pm and we were at the hotel cloae to 8 pm.

Best experience - It was a amazing experience. From Chris picking us up to dropping us back off. He was very informative during the whole experience and patient. Any questions we had he answered. I would DEFINITELY recommend this experience to anyone you will not regret it. My family and I enjoyed everything.

Great safari tour - Chris was great tour guide. I would recommend him to my family and friends when they visit Nairobi. He was early in picking my wife and I up from the Sankara Hotel. He made the 3-4 hour drive to Maisa Mara feel safe, pleasant and pain free lol. During the safari tour he was very informative and very knowledgeable about the wildlife. Because of the experience I’m considering coming back and perhaps doing a multi day tour with him.

Great trip. - I did not want to stay in camps and wanted to use my time rationally. This trip was perfect for me in price/time in the park. During the 6 hours in the reserve I saw all animals advertised. Both, Chris and Simba were very knowledgeable and allowed the best views of the animals, often were close. In the last half an hour pouring rain started making roads looking like rivers and almost no visibility. Simba showed unbelievable driving skills in these conditions, and we went back with no incident. I would highly recommend this tour.
