Yoga vs. Qigong

Originating from ancient times, both Yoga and Qigong have different roots – Yoga springs from the Indian tradition, whereas Qigong embodies Chinese heritage. Both engage in movement practices, albeit with variations in function. Yoga generally involves paced sequences with robust movements being sustained for a spans, necessitating a degree of athleticism. Conversely, Qigong unravels in a slow, methodical fashion, transitioning fluidly from one movement to the next, and is accessible for practice by most.

Balance - Cosmina is a very capable and non-intrusive teacher with her gentle but thorough guidance. She truly has the well-being of her students in mind, and her sense of humor makes the classes fun. Qigong practice draws your attention inward and helps you take stock of, and gather and build, your energies. You feel very balanced and peaceful at the end of class. Not physically demanding - anyone can practice Qigong. Everyone should try it!

Relaxing and de-stressing - The perfect way to stay fit, stretch, and relax at the same time. When leaving I felt like I had a perfect massage. The instructor is superb!

Class was canceled but tickets were still being sold - Well I signed up for class showed up and no one was there. Turned out no classes till August 3rd so not sure why trip advisor is selling tickets. Waste of a morning for us.
