Well Taken Care Of - Cam was super knowledgeable about everything in the water and the area. He was ultra concerned with our safety and kept close watch on the other marine traffic so to keep us out of their way. We were able to follow a young male dolphin for most of our way and he retrieved a large snail and sand dollars so that we could get pics and see them up close. He was very careful to place them back in their natural habitat.

WGreat wildlife Sightings - Great experience both Cameron. He was vey knowledgeable about the wildlife and kept us informed all along the way. Awesome dolphin, manager and shark sightings.

So fun! - I went on a 10:30 tour with Ryan and it was SO fun! He was very informative and made it a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back!

Amazing Tour - Ryan was an amazing tour guide and made this such an enjoyable tour!! I had never gone paddle boarding before and I 100% recommend.

Dolphins under our kayaks, conditions were amazing and our tour grade kept us informed and smiling!! - The conditions were amazing and Seth our tour guy was very personable, fun and informative! He made sure to have a convo with everyone in the tour bringing smiles and laughter to all!! The dolphin swimming under our kayak was such a treat, first time being that close to these beautiful creatures! Definitely a trip I would recommend to everyone!!

Tour guide Cam was great - Great experience. Our guide Cameron was excellent and made the trip enjoyable. We are non experienced on the boards and he was very helpful and very educated in just about everything out there!! When we come back we will be visiting Cam again for sure!! It was a beautiful day on the water

Excellent experience and excellent guide. - Loved the kayaking! We were able to see dolphins, sting rays, star fish and it was great learning about the history of Marco Island. Cameron was a great guide and has a wealth of knowledge about Marco Island and the ocean life.

Cancelled - Our trip was cancelled by text message 2hrs before the tour was due to start and we only booked it the evening before. This was very disappointing because it gave us no time to book with another operator.

I'm waiting for a refund... - I'm waiting for a refund of pre-payment. Trip was cancelled 2 hours prior to meeting time. This is a SUP trip. I clicked on 6 single Kayaks when I booked....the provider does not have singel Kayaks, and we are not able to do SUP ;

Last Minute Cancellation - We booked a trip for an 8:30am departure. At 7:30am of the morning of the trip, an hour before scheduled departure, I received a text saying that I should not have been able to book the trip and that I could reschedule or get a refund. I opted for the refund and they told me to contact another number during business hours. I got a call from the other number offering a rather insincere apology (no actual apology, just saying I shouldn’t have been able to book it and then saying “that’s on us”) and a refund. It appeared that they may have cancelled the booking improperly because Viator has no record of the cancelled transaction other than a message from the trip hosts documented as normal correspondence. I will modify accordingly with an update on how my refund is received.
