- Ensure the bicycle is stored under cover and securely locked when not in use.
- Notify your accommodation’s gatehouse in gated communities to avoid delivery delays.
- Bikes pictured may vary from bikes delivered.
- Our bicycle rental service is designed for riders who have previous cycling experience; this ensures not only the safety of the rider but also the optimal use and care of the bicycles throughout the rental period.
- Riders under 18 years of age are required to provide their own helmet.
- Bicycles are delivered directly to your specified location—be it your home, hotel, or vacation rental—between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM on the first day of your rental period.
- On the final day of your rental, we will pick up the bikes from the same location between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Please ensure the bicycles are ready for collection within this window.
