Please take the shuttle to the Napier i Site Disembark, turn LEFT and walk to the PINK FLAG meeting zone to meet guide. Your tour will depart 30 minutes after DISEMARKING begins but NEVER before 8.30am re early disemarking Your tour will depart approximately 30min after ship disembarking.

Attention to Details and Local Guide - This half day tour with Ross was perfect for our short time in Napier. We felt like we got a taste of the Art Deco, the mountain top and the wines. We were thrilled when he showed us his home garden and loved that he was professional about returning us back to the ship on time and honored our time restrictions. The view from the peak was priceless and OH, so much better than climbing it ourselves. The winery stop was perfect since he was familiar with the owner. His vehicle was roomy, comfortable and perfect for the four of us. Thanks again Ross, for a lovely day.

Stunning Views of Napier - Our Tour of Napier with Ross was outstanding. He showed us the beautiful sites around the city and the stunning views from Te Mata Peak. We ended up the tour with a wine tasting at a local winery- it was lovely. We had a great experience with Ross as our tour guide and we highly recommend this tour of Napier!

If you only have a day in Napier take this tour. - Outstanding from start to finish. If you have only a day in Napier take this tour. Our driver/guide John was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. The itinerary is spot on and the view from Te Mata peak will stay with you for a long time. Great visit to a vine yard with excellent wines and cheese. Proprietor Ross opens his beautiful garden and takes a personal interest in his guests. Marvellous all round.

Recommended excursion - On the tour everything Napier probably has to offer was visible, especially beautiful views. The best way to explore the city centre after the tour is by yourself. The wine tasting is best combined with a small vesper at the end!

Excellent tour - Ross led an excellent tour. 12 people, including driver in a 14 passenger van made for tight but okay riding. Took us to each place on the itinerary. Talked a lot along the way about stuff we were seeing. Brought along excellent cheese and crackers for when we were tasting the wine, since winery only provided wine, that made that experience even better.

Good use of time to get a... - Good use of time to get a feel for what it’s like to live in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion and really got a good feel for Napier and its surroundings. We found Ross’s garden lovely with a gorgeous view. The scenery up to Te Mata peak was spectacular! Thanks for a great tour!

Rainy day in Napier - We liked our tour although the weather made it hard to see any views from the peak. Learned about Napier and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stop for some wine and cheese.
