After the tasting time will be avaiable to explore the Mission house and its underground cellar - National Tobacco Company Building - The National Gin Distillery is located in what was once the National Tobacco Building. This iconic Art Nouveau building is very much on the Napier tourist trail but to taste 4 to 5 gins in the building certainly adds to the exprerience.

Askerne Vineyards - Askerne is a relaxed family owned winery making about 100,00 bottles per year. They have 14 different varietals growing on the Estate. Your guide will provide cheese and biscuits to compliment the wine .

Great wines & experience - Really tasty wine and gin (it's easy to fall on crappy wine in NZ sadly), generous pours in every venue.
Knowledgable, detailed explanations in every winery, and by Ross the guide throughout the way!
The groups are small and intimate, so you don't feel like a cruise herd anywhere :) and the pickup/drop off from any point you are is really convenient.

A great afternoon - Had a wonderful afternoon with Ross, friendly, knowledgeable and very easy going made both me and my partner very happy. We visited 3 great vineyards. It is great that he ran the tour even though it was only the 2 of us. Thank you Ross, hopefully we visit again sometime soon - or hope you come visit Tasmania. S & A

Fun in Napier - Ross collected us from our hotel and whilst we were a group of five friends, three additional fun and friendly guests joined our tour. It was a very informative tour with lovely wines and exquisite gins. A great afternoon outing in Napier.

Looking to experience Napier's wine and gin scene - reach out to Ross at Vine & Views - Hands down the best guide for an intro to Napier's wine and gin experience: Mr Ross Lepper of Vine & Views Tours.
We were lucky to get introduced to him by Napier's i-Visit information center through which we booked the afternoon tour
Why is the experience with Ross unique and a must do - it's his passion for Agrifood sector of 30+years, I believe, his life in Napier and his personal touch, not to mention his knowledge, network with the local industry, and his personal touch of hospitality.

Great afternoon of wine and gin - Great experience that allowed us to try different wines and gins from a few wineries and distilleries. Ross was a great guide, very knowledgeable of the whole area of Napier, the country and its wineries and agriculture. We were picked up from our hotel on time and the whole afternoon was very enjoyable with a nice group of people. To finalise, on the last winery, Ross brought some cheeses and crackers which were really good to complete this experience, thank you!

Wonderful afternoon spent visiting Wine Estates - We booked an afternoon with Vines and Views Tours and we are so glad that we did! Ross fetched us from our accommodation before we fetch a lovely lady and daughter from the USA. Ross made us feel at ease immediately, he is very knowledgeable of the entire area - we asked lots of questions :-) and he shared so much interesting information. We visited 3 lovely wine estates during the afternoon tour, where we enjoyed some chocolate and then a delicious cheese platter at the final winery. Being just 4 of us on the tour we had a really fun time and we all felt like it was a private tour! Thank you Ross for a most enjoyable afternoon! Kind regards from Mark & Lindsay, Cape Town.

Excellent vineyard for in Napier - Ross was great, with really good communication. Great knowledge of local area and wine growing. Vineyards visited were superb, especially Brookfields. Would highly recommend 👌

Winery tour - Really enjoyed mission estate so much history couldn't do the gin tasting but another winery was pask which was just as nice.
