Fun and wine in any weather - We had a great time and found the trolley to be a perfect way to visit wineries during our first visit to Sonoma. Our driver/tour guide Paul was fun and shared a lot of information about the area. We visited 4 wineries, each with a different vibe and enjoyed them all. When it started raining Paul switched the trolley for a more weather appropriate van/bus. So I would recommend this in any weather! Also, the singalong on the way back was really fun!

Sonoma Valley Experience - I enjoyed learning the history given by Paul. Our group enjoyed Paul and the set up. One of the wineries wasn’t my favorite. Definitely would do it again! It was a pleasant experience.

Girls weekend - Mike was awesome!! VJB cellars felt rushed, lunch was good. But eating food and pushing food at the same time. Mayo wine wasn’t good wine, very sour.

More Than a Feeling - There's Wine and Great Food! - Paul was an awesome guide. His knowledge of the wine country helped us understand the rich history of Early California and the variety of grapes grown here. Booking is easy. The trip through the rolling hills and vineyards north of Sonoma was a blast. After a delightful tasting and roll & rock memoirs at BR at The wineries BR Cohn Winery and Oil Oil Company, we enjoyed VJB, Mayo, & Séamas. We had a delightful light lunch and tasting at VJB Vineyard and Cellars in Kenwood. We enjoyed an insightful visit at the Mayo Family Winery and ended the day at the Séamas tasting lounge. Paul kept us moving with great stories, insightful history, and his mix of great music. We bought wines and gifts at most of the stops without any pressure to do so. All in all, it was a fabulous late December trip. Go arrive early and get some doughnuts at Harvey's Donut Bar for the crowd!

Terrible customer service and lack of planning - My wife and I were in Napa for only a couple of days and wanted to see Sonoma while we were there and this tour looked good. We were scheduled to take the Sonoma Trolley tour on a Monday morning and they seriously called us at 5pm on Sunday and said they didn't have enough people to fill the tour and cancelled on us! They called us literally the night before with less than 24 hours notice. We didn't rent a car and needed a tour that would drive us throughout the day, so their lack of planning really put us in a bind and there was no offer to help us, they really didn't care. Luckily for us we were on a Napa wine tour with Platypus when they cancelled on us and we spoke with our driver who contacted the Platypus office and they got us on their Sonoma tour the very next day. The trolley tour said we had to meet downtown Sonoma for pickup while Platypus actually came to our hotel to pick us up which was so much better. I would avoid this Trolley Tour for lack of customer service and go with Platypus who wont cancel even if there are only 2 of you!
