Five wine labels, including Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia, and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia, can complement the Aegean Gastronomy Nights. Each wine is carefully selected to pair perfectly with the courses served. The wine tasting, which accompanies the Aegean tasting menu, is optional and priced at 40 euros per person.
