An exclusive safari journey in the heart of Kenya - The 3-day Masai Mara and Naivasha Hell's Gate Safari was truly a dream come true for us. From the beginning of the journey from Nairobi, the entire trip was very well planned. Our private guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, who made every moment enjoyable. At Masai Mara, we saw lions, elephants, buffaloes and giraffes from close quarters. The early morning game drive was unforgettable - just nature and wildlife reign around. Watching Hippopotamus and colorful birds on boat ride in Naivasha is really a wonderful experience. Hell's Gate - Walking among the zebras and giraffes was exciting. Accommodation, food and service were all top notch.

Action in Masai Mara, Relaxation in Naivasha - Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us the Big Five at the Masai Mara on the first full day - the lion resting under the tree, the leopard on the branch, the elephant on the ground, the ferocious buffalo and even the black rhino! The game drives were exciting, especially in the early morning light, perfect for taking pictures. Cycling to Hell's Gate was the highlight of the second day - strolling through the dramatic canyons with zebras and giraffes felt like being on another planet! It was so much fun to see the hippos jumping right next to the boat ride on Naivasha Lake. We upgraded to a mid-range lodge, the accommodation was comfortable, the food was delicious (fresh Kenyan food) and everything was very well organized - no hassle. Perfect for those going for the first time. This tour is highly recommended if you want both the best part of the Masai Mara and the relaxing experience of Naivasha / Hell's Gate.

A Dream Safari With My Best Friend – Worth Every Penny! - The best decision of our lives was to book this 3-day Maasai Mara + Hells Gate tour with my best friend! It was our first time in Kenya and we were both scared that we would really see so much for spending so much money. But on the first game drive, when a cheetah caught its prey from 10 meters away and we both screamed, we knew that our money had been saved! Our guide James was amazing. We two friends said we wanted to see lions and cheetahs the most, and he took us around the whole day so that we wouldn't miss them. On the second day, in the morning, we saw the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros on the same safari!).:) In the afternoon, we saw hippos and crocodiles while having a picnic lunch by the Mara River. Cycling through Hells Gate among zebras and giraffes is a different feeling.We both took so many pictures that our mobile memory was full.): The food at the lodge was also great,and at night, chatting with friends over a beer by the campfire felt like I was dreaming.

Vast nature and extraordinary arrangements - wonderful memories of a 3-day safari - This tour is perfect for visiting Masai Mara and Naivasha. The guide took us very close so that the whole group of lions and elephants could be seen in front of the eyes. Accommodation, food, and transportation were all well organized. In particular, walking in Hell's Gate National Park has given a different experience to see volcanic walls and wild animals. If you want, you can also choose the option of luxury accommodation, but for us the standard arrangement was comfortable enough. Once you do, you'll remember it for a lifetime.

- It was only a three-day trip, but Bencia Africa made the whole trip great. Masai Mara was truly amazing - I got to see the lion, elephant, and cheetah up close! Our guide Patrick was very attentive and made sure that we could see the best places. The boat ride on Lake Naivasha was peaceful, and the cycling on Hell's Gate was a different kind of joy. Accommodations and food were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this trip if you want to have a great experience in a short time.

An incredible three-day journey - From Nairobi to Masai Mara and Naivasha, this three-day tour is a breath of fresh African life. Our guide was very knowledgeable and experienced. On the first day, I saw a lion and an elephant. When I saw the cheetah and deer running after stopping the jeep at Masai Mara, I was speechless. The cycling experience at Hell's Gate National Park in Naivasha is quite different. The mountains, the valleys, the hot springs - everything tells of a strange beauty. In a word - "Wild Africa in 3 days! "

A once in a lifetime experience! - Our 3-day trip to Masai Mara and Hell's Gate National Park was perfect in a word! From the beginning, our guide explained everything very sincerely. In Masai Mara, we got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs from close quarters - it was like a movie! On the second day, the bike ride in Hell's Gate National Park was a great adventure. The landscape here is completely different. In the movie Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, where the shooting took place, I had the opportunity to walk there. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the food was good. Best of all, the guide's knowledge and empathy - he patiently answered all of our questions.

3-day amazing safari experience in the Masai Mara. - This 3 day safari tour was one of the best experiences of my life! We got to see lions, elephants, cheetahs and giraffes up close in the Masai Mara. Our guide John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was well planned, so we didn't have to worry about anything.

Best experience ever - Best African Safari Experience have ever been to. The wildlife safari was animated and the guide was eloquent and exposed to diverse animal behaviors that helped us understand what African Savannah Wild really is!

DO NOT BOOK WITH BENECIA!!! - My family and I recently went on safari in Kenya and booked the accommodations and game drives with Benecia. We specifically booked the Mara Sopa as it was recommended by a friend. Before departing from Nairobi and heading to Masai Mara we were told we’d been booked at another property. We were not notified of this in advance and were left with no other choice. The alternative property did not at all compare. The rooms were tented, the electricity only worked about 6 hours per day, the hot water was spotty and we did not feel comfortable or safe. It was dated, somewhat under construction and not the kind of place we thought we’d be staying in. Alfred and his team knew well in advance we were not booked at Mara Sopa and decided not to inform us. I found this to be very deceitful. Additionally, the driver provided, although a very kind man, did not have reliable transportation. On day two of our drive his vehicle broke down in the middle of the park and we had to wait 2 HOURS for some to pick us up. And when it was time to head back to Nairobi he picked us up in the same vehicle that barely made it the 5+ hour drive. The van cut off no less than 15 times and barely made it up the large hills on the highway. If you are booking a safari I would suggest going with a different company. Benecia cannot be trusted! If I could rate them ZERO stars I would.
