A Perfectly Balanced Safari with Wildlife, Lakes, and Relaxation - This 4-day safari was the most fulfilling part of my trip to Kenya. Bencia Africa arranged the whole trip very nicely from the beginning. Our private guide patiently manages each game drive. On the very first day in Masai Mara National Reserve, the lions and elephants were seen, and the sunset in the middle of the huge meadow was incredible. The highlight of the last day was the sighting of flamingos and rhinoceros in Lake Nakuru. I chose the standard lodge, but there was no shortage of comfort and food.

Three different forms of Africa in one trip - On this 4-day safari, we saw three different forms of Africa: the vast savanna of Masai Mara, the tranquil cruises of Lake Naivasha and the brilliant bird shows of Lake Nakuru. They were all spectacular. The guide was very professional and always made sure we arrived safely and on time at each destination. We also participated in the hot air balloon safari: the sunrise over Masai Mara was magical, in a nutshell. Our accommodations were spotless and the food was varied and fresh. This trip was not only a safari for us, but also an unforgettable memory.

An amazing safari experience in three parks in 4 days - As we first enter the Masai Mara National Reserve, we see huge herds of lions, elephants, zebras, and wildebeest. The guide was very knowledgeable and sincere, he told in detail about the lifestyle of each animal. On the second day we were very happy to see hippos and different species of birds in the boat ride on Lake Naivasha. On Lake Nakuru, we were further enriched by the sight of rhinos and flamingos resting under the trees. It's truly amazing to have such a diverse experience visiting three different parks in a short period of time.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru - An Unforgettable 4-Day Safari - Our 4-day Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Nakuru Safari was truly amazing. From the beginning, Alfred planned everything very well - from the hotel booking to the jeep to the food. Our guide, Timothy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. In Masai Mara, we saw a whole pride of lions, leopards, and numerous giraffes up close. Then during the boat ride on Lake Naivasha, hippos and numerous birds were seen, which was great. And the experience of seeing pink flamingos and rhinoceros in Lake Nakuru is truly unforgettable. Four days went by in the blink of an eye, but it felt like one of the best moments of my life.

Great plan and incredible animal sightings. - From the airport to the pickup, payment, and the whole trip, it was very well organized by the Bencia Safaris team. Our guide Edwin and driver Joseph were excellent - I enjoyed the whole safari a lot because of them. Thanks to Joseph's great instinct, we reached the place where the wildebeest were crossing the Mara River - a moment that will be remembered for life. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the planning was on time. The Maasai Village tour was an extra pleasant surprise.

A 4-day dreamy trip amidst nature - When I saw the lion and the elephant together in Masai Mara, I couldn't hold back my tears. Our guide was very knowledgeable and always had a good time. Seeing numerous flamingos and rhinos in Lake Nakuru was a completely different experience. And seeing the hippo so closely during the boat ride in Lake Naivasha, it is shocking to think. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. Every moment of the entire trip was planned and sweet.

Awesome safari experience!! - My family and I took a 4-day Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Nakuru safari with BAA&S. Our guide was professional and very knowledgeable. We saw the Big Five in each park-lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and cheetah! The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The best part was the boat ride in Naivasha and the sunset view of the Mara. It was an experience of a lifetime!

An unforgettable experience thanks to the agency - A truly unforgettable experience and all thanks to Philip (the driver) and Chris (the Spanish-speaking guide). Both have been great, they are very professional and thanks to them we have been able to live the trip to the fullest. Philip knows every corner of Kenya a lot and has tried hard in every park to show us everything, we were lucky enough to see a lot of animals. Chris is very funny and enjoys doing his job. Both cared at all times for our comfort and needs. The pick up and drop off at the airport was great. Philip waited at the airport gate until we checked in to make sure we were okay. The office staff very friendly and helpful at all times. In short, a wonderful experience that we definitely recommend doing with this agency.

Fraud company, I am going to report them - The worst tour company in Kenya. They booked me in a shady hotel in Nairobi. Then again in Nukru they wasted my entire day. Lying all the time, throwing blame on the driver. They never paid for my entry for Nukuru as they had an intention of putting me in a filthy lodge while I paid for Soapa Lodge. Please don't boom them, you will not have a safari but torture and you will be paying alot of money for it. They are frauds and theives. They took money for Nukuru and Ambosli and we did no game drive. I was stuck at the gate of Nukuru park till 11 in the night because they had not paid the patk fee. I was the only passanger and even the rangers at the gate felt sorry for me but these frauds did not. Only drove to these destinations. Its a Fraud company.
