• Lake Elementaita Hot Springs - The day trip begins with a 6 AM departure from Nairobi, traveling by road to Lake Elementaita through the Great Rift Valley. Along the way, there is a stop to admire the breathtaking views of the valley, Mt. Suswa, and Mt. Longonot in the distance. Upon reaching Soysambu Wildlife Conservancy, a game drive is enjoyed. The conservancy offers a diverse array of incredible wildlife, allowing for close encounters. It is home to zebras, giraffes, elands, and more.

The conservancy boasts over 450 recorded bird species, with the Pelican and Flamingo being the most renowned. Other birds include teals, cormorants, storks, terns, herons, plovers, egrets, gulls, pigeons, doves, vultures, goshawks, hornbills, bee-eaters, hoopoes, woodpeckers, and rollers, among others.

After a rewarding game drive, lunch (at own expense) is enjoyed at one of the lodges along the shores of Lake Elementaita. The afternoon offers opportunities for bird watching, hiking, and nature walks, before returning to Nairobi.
