Nairobi to NaroMoru
Mount Kenya National Park - Leave Nairobi in the morning and head to NaroMoru the base camp at Mt. Kenya Youth Hostel.
After lunch we will debrief and check the mountain gear.
Then we will have free time and relax at the Youth Hostel Campsite where we will have dinner and stay overnight.
Old Moses
Mount Kenya - After an early breakfast we will drive for one and a half hours to Sirimon Gate.
You will check in here and start walking 3-4 hours for 9km to Judmaier Camp at 3,350m.

Judmaier to Shipton’s Camp
Mount Kenya - After breakfast we will begin our hike and proceed on crossing Ontulilli stream severally.
From Liki North stream, we shall head to the top ridge and down to Mackinder’s Valley and then finally to Shipton’s Camp at 4,200m.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Shipton’s to Austrian Hut
Mount Kenya - After breakfast, we start ascending through the Simba Col, a steep ridge that takes about one hour to climb via Simba Tarn.
We will have amazing views as we approach Delamere Peaks and hike down to Austrian Hut at 4,790m.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Point Lenana
Mount Kenya National Park - Leave at 5:00Hrs and start ascending via Lewis Glacier to Point Lenana.
The hike will be approximately one and a half hours.
After enjoying a spectacular sunrise view, we shall proceed down to Mackinders Camp for breakfast
Afterwards descend to the Met Station for dinner and overnight stay.
Met Station to Nairobi
Naromoru - Depart at 7:30Hrs and walk for 9km through the tropical rainforest to NaroMoru gate for pick up.
Start our drive back to Nairobi.
