We enjoyed our stay - The rooms and beddings were clean, the staff welcoming, and the food was good with the exception of a day when there was too much spices. Packed snacks combination excellent.

not satisfied - We did see the big 5, and we did see most of the animals.. the game drive was somehow good. But the driver was only giving explenation for the person in the front seat, and we had to eardrop to understand. The pickup/drop-down planning was bad. We were asked to meetvthe driver at the local market, which is a 15 minutes drive while other persons were picked up from thier hotel 2 minutes away from our residence. Maybe they paid extra tip. On the way back, the driver passed by our residence but even refused to drop us down saying he can't park. Then he dropped some people at thier hotel 500 meters from our building. The sleeping camp was OK but It was super cold at night and the tent windows were broken and can't be closed. even though we were told it is optional, we were asked for a 10$ tip for the driver and some tips for the camp staff.
