Maasai Mara National Reserve - Your journey begins at 8:30 a.m., as you travel southward along the Great Rift Valley’s floor to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This reserve is renowned for its annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania in search of sustenance. The Masai Mara is also celebrated for its diverse and abundant wildlife throughout the year. A lunch stop is planned in the town of Narok before reaching the reserve in time for an afternoon wildlife viewing drive, offering potential sightings of the ‘big five’. The reserve is also a sanctuary for various bird species and boasts some of the world’s finest savannah vegetation. Take in the breathtaking scenery of expansive plains and gently rolling hills dotted with acacia woodlands and thick scrub. You will dine and spend the night at Enchoro Wildlife Camp.
