Wonderful Safari Experience with Sino Africa Safari! - My family had a wonderful safari experience with Sino Africa Safari. Indeed, they absolutely exceeded our expectations by far. We would recommend them without any hesitation. They are very honest, reliable, deeply knowledgable people and friendly. For our seven days safari, Samuel drove us to Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. In addition to Smauel's impressive knowledge, wildlife animals and the national parks, he was friendly, talkative, funny and warm. Of course we all await the pandemic to end. Five star safari experience！ - My family booked our safari with this company. I was not the one contacting them, but I felt so lucky to choose them for our service provider. From the moment we arrived Nairobi until the last day, everything was well organized. From the private driver guide to the vehicle we had for several days, to the camps we stayed, everything was perfect. It was much more than we expected. From my deep heart, I want to come back again and with them!

Amazing experience - Let’s begin by saying that traveling during these times can be very stressful and challenging. Covid requirements and restrictions are changing regularly and one misstep can ruin your vacation. We contacted Sino Safari to help us in planning our vacation. Jong responded to our inquiry and provided various options. He was super responsive, honest and helpful prior to our Tavel and throughout our time in Kenya. It all began with the wire transfer from the US to the Bank in Kenya. Everything went smooth, Jong sent screenshots of all the transfers of cash and even informed us that we had overpaid him and he would be reimbursing some cash once we got to Nairobi, which he did. Our Safari and accommodations at the Fairmont in the Masai Mara were incredible! Jong got us a very fair and amazing package deal which I think would’ve been much more expensive had we tried to do it ourselves. The game drives were fantastic (we had 2 per day - a morning and an afternoon one), and we got to see 4 out of the Big 5! That darn Leopard is very elusive! The time of year we visited might also have impacted our game drives. The staff at the Fairmont was beyond accommodating and attentive. The food was also quite tasty. We had one hiccup on the trip and that was our Covid test to enter Zimbabwe. We had paid Jong to schedule us an expedited Covid test since we’d be getting in at Noon into Nairobi from the Masai Mara and flying out the next morning at 5:00am to Zimbabwe. There was a mixup at the clinic and they said we’d have to pay extra to get it expedited. After explaining to the people at the clinic and contacting Jong about the situation we were finally able to get it done but we were still worried that we would not get the results in time for our flight. Here’s where the extra service comes into play. Jong reached out to us after we were done with the test and told us to get another PCR test done at the hotel airport where we were staying and that the company would pay for it. He said that he was sorry about the mix up and that we should get another test done as a backup plan. Sure enough we got another test done at the airport and Jong reimbursed us shortly thereafter. This attention to detail, honesty, and helpfulness is the reason we highly recommend Jong and Sino Africa Safari.

Perfection - The entire experience was outstanding and could not have gone better. It was our first time in Nairobi and we thought we were going to be overwhelmed. Sino Africa Safari took care of everything. The personalized attention from the pick up to security to checking in was much appreciated.
