atmosphere and service A+++ - The food was good the service was excellent. We don't eat there often when we are in town but it was a good time. The server was extremely attentive, you couldn't have asked for better service. Kyanna was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for such a good time.

Always good - Always a go-to for us if we are in a tourist area where they have a Hard Rock Cafe. Drinks are always delicious as well as the nachos. Also had the Margherita flatbread which was delicious. Tried the boneless wings for the first time, not a fan, so will be sticking with the traditional wings in the future. Service was great

Good food! - Stopped for lunch … although the waitress was a tad snarky with my husband, the food was very good! I got chicken wings which were big and meaty and a salad that had very good dressing!

Great location and good food! - Our group of 20 decided we wanted to go here at the last minute on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us. Our server was great. She was friendly and didn't seem overwhelmed, even confirming that we were the largest group she ever had. The food was good. I ordered a burger medium well, and it came out very pink. I ate it and didn't complain because I knew it wasn't her fault and we had a large group. The atmosphere is fun and definitely worth looking around after you eat, if it's not super packed.

Great food and atmosphere. - Great food, but not sure why we were charged a fee of $3.99 non alcoholic fee and we did not purchase a alcoholic drink. But the food was great.

Disappointing Dining Experience - I went to the Hard Rock in Boston years ago and had a great experience, so we decided to try the Hard Rock during our family vacation to Myrtle Beach. It was a very disappointing experience. Food - Two of us got the legendary burgers, and they were amazing. Absolutely delicious, and good portion of fries. Two of us got the Tupelo chicken dinners, and they were extremely disappointing. We expected actual chicken tenders, but what we received were the size of a jumbo shrimp, with literally 12 fries on the plate. My husband joked that he got the kid size portion. The pepperoni pizza tasted like a frozen pizza I could have made at home. Kids - My children were happy with their pizza and chicken dinners, but they did not receive their free toys that were supposed to come with their meals. Atmosphere - We loved the rock and roll memorabilia. We did not love being harassed to buy extras the whole time we were there. We didn't even get in the door when the girl took our pictures with a guitar. We just wanted to eat. Turns out we could have gotten a few 4x6 photos for $80. No way. We had just sat down when a man approached our table and offered to make balloon characters for the kids...for a tip of course. The waiter made sure to tell us before we even ordered our drinks to check out the gift shop while we were there. After we finished eating, my daughter went to check out the gift shop and the others were standing there waiting for her. We were approached by 6 people who worked there to ask us if we wanted to go in the gift shop, did we know there is a gift shop, look at that guitar - there is a magnet like it in the gift shop. We finally just went outside to get away from them. It was very annoying and turned us off immediately. In summary, the burgers were great. However, we paid a lot of money just to be unhappy with our other food, and to be nickle and dimed to buy stuff the whole time we were there. We will not go back.

Don’t waste your time - Horrible I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they could not accommodate me. I purchased this voucher and paid days before. The voucher states that they don’t accept reservations so I didn’t make one. We get to the restaurant and the staff not only ignored me for 20 minutes but ten minutes later Drew asked me to to see my voucher three times and then voiced to his managers over his earpiece that I didn’t have a reservation. I was turned away. Unacceptable because I paid $128 and got no dinner.

Don't go here - Nasty filthy reasturant. Food poisoning is guaranteed at this place. Filthy location. My whole family got sick because of there cleanliness.
