A Great introduction to Charleston - This was a great day and a good way to visit Charleston for the first time. Pick up and drop off at Ripleys aquarium was convenient and on time. We opted for the horse drawn carriage which was an experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, sharing so much history about the city and its beautiful homes. We opted for more time at Boone Hall Plantation instead of Fort Sumter and so had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful gardens and listening to the tour guides who were all so informative. The box lunch was tasty and substantial.

5 stars - Enjoyed everything. Bus driver was more than capable and navigated 2 unplanned detours with ease, the horse carriage guide knew everything and more (!). The only hiccup was someone counted wrong and when I went to get my boxed lunch onboard the Carolina Belle, they had run out. I was the last person to show up - I had 2 tickets and they had one lunch. Not the boat's issue at all - a 3rd party does the prep, but they felt bad ... while I didn't get the planned lunch I did not go away hungry. But the boat lost out on some profits by feeding and watering me :) Boone Plantation was as expected - not quite enough time to see everything and attend the shows. There are several pick up locations in Myrtle Beach but now our strip on the beach. Getting picked up at our locations would have been PERFECT! We are on the Golden Mile/Cabana Row and you would think it would be included.

Great trip to Charleston - Great trip to Charleston from Myrtle Beach. We had a full day with so much to see. Our bys driver was excellent in getting us to each location on time. Our bus was very comfortable & always there to puck us up. The tour company was very responsive and easy to reach with questions.

Fun day with friends 🧡 - This trip was well worth the cost. It was a quick tour through the city. Our driver gave information on points of interest. Shopping the market was fun. The lunch provided was fresh and more than enough. Boone Plantation was amazing! Being able to rest and converse during the travel was a benefit.

Fun in Charleston - Downtown Charleston interesting architecture. Boone Plantation provided a lot of history. Confusion on pick up points was hard for people not from the area. Also no veggie option as requested for lunch.

Boared but the end was better - The ride on the tractor pulling the suri learning the farm operations. The house tour was just ok. The trip needed more organization and information. The Plantation was ok but they needed more people to tour our group to the different sights. The tour did not mention all the walking that was involved.

Poor, single medium of communication - This is purely constructive criticism. I booked 3 tickets on 3/23/24 at 11:20 AM. When I booked the tickets, pick up from our hotel was specifically offered and I selected it. At 11:48 AM (while we were at the beach), I missed a call and a voicemail was left from the tour operator, stating that we had to go to another location to be picked up. The most significant problem was that my did not show a missed call or voicemail notification and in 2024, I believe that we can all agree that call/voicemail notifications do not alway appear on cell phones. The one call was the only attempt by the tour operator to reach us, some 17 hours prior to our hotel pick up that was no more. At a minimum, any professional should make multiple attempts to reach someone via phone call, text and/or email. One call does not and will not suffice. Also, blaming the customer for missing the call/voicemail is technically correct, but very, simple, amateur customer service.
