Fun day at the beach! - When we read the reviews it is all over the place do wasn't sure we wanted to go. We ended up having an amazing day. Yes it is expensive so don't go if you have limited funds. Drinks are 20 each and you pay for the day beds which is to be expected. Beach is beautiful, food was good!

service & food = exceptional. Can’t beat the beautiful water/beaches, TY George, Konstantinos. - Outstanding in all ways, from service, food and overall quality. Best meal I had on entire island and overall experience.

Lovely place - Very good food, friendly staff and reasonably priced food prices. Lovely location so will definitely come back.

THE BEST BEACH CLUB AND BEST FOOD! - We had an amazing time. We had lunch at the restaurant and everything tasted so good. We each got a meal and a few cocktails. We sat in the first and second row on the chairs and the view was spectacular. Our waitress/helper was Olga and she is AMAZING. She helped us with everything we needed and was the sweetest ever. There also were many water activities to do outside of the beach club (not apart of this club) but are very pricey for a short amount of time to use them. I would 100% recommend coming here.

Disappointed in the business ethics - The beach and water were great. Service was wonderful and fairly quick. Their restaurant and bar area was quaint. My problem with them is that they gave our 1st row chairs away when we were late! It was a no cancellation after 24 hours policy, so it was paid in full. In our minds it did not matter what time we showed up those chairs that we reserved should have been waiting for us since we paid for them. They offered us no compensation for the fact that they double sold our chairs. All we got was “sorry”. Yes, sorry I pocketed your money and gave someone else your premium spot! I’m still very upset by this unprofessional behavior and service. Also, we asked what time we had to leave. Our server just told us when they would stop serving to the beach area. Otherwise we could get drinks at the bar. Well, they had a special event they were setting up for and were very rude about us using the restrooms before we left. Drinks were not very good. We tried several but in the end we started ordering their homemade lemonade with a shot of vodka. They wouldn’t even mix it for us, we had to make it ourselves. Overall I would recommend doing a beach day in Mykonos but not at Thalas. I would go to another club.

Shock at SuperParadise Beach! - On arrival, the place that I had booked looked terrible. I never went to the site. I was able to have a very nice experience at Paraj instead. Excellent service, good food & drinks, great atmosphere. This is what I was looking for. The app did not describe the differences between facilities at the beach.

Bait and Switch - False Advertising. - This is a misleading voucher. Had we scrolled through the reviews we would have seen that others have complained months ago but the ad has not changed. It should be explained that these vouchers are NOT for the Super Paradise Beach Club, but for another spot further down on the same beach. The ad should be labeled as the name of the resort NOT Super Paradise Beach Club. There were many others that we spoke to today who has also been conned. Nice place but 1 star for bait and switch as it wasn’t the vibe we were seeking. We paid for two days but when we got there and noticed the switch it was past the 24hour cancellation so we’ve also lost money for paying for a second day.

Very bad experience - Many people told us that it is the top beach in Mykonos and therefore we had excellent expectations. Instead we regretted going there: Elia Beach was much better for various reasons: 1. The sea is very beautiful on both beaches but on Super Paradise it is less accessible; 2. The prices are absurd at Super Paradise: 80 euros for an umbrella and two sunbeds is really too much; 3. The attendance... and I won't add anything else, even if Italians always have a way of making themselves recognized on all the beaches: in Super Paradise there are kids in their early twenties with minimal education and inversely proportional economic availability; at Elia Beach groups of Italian families with 5/6 screaming children complete with babysitters who can't contain them and parents who are totally disinterested in the issue as if they weren't their children; 4. Finally the service: if you pay a lot but have a super level of service, you accept it; if you order a dish and they give you something different from what you ordered, you leave it and they even make you pay very dearly for it... well we are at the limits of the scam: for an inedible club sandwich, with miniature beer and four courgette fritters the “manager” asked us for 42 euros, refusing to consider our complaints. In conclusion for us Super disappointment, nothing but super Paradise!
