Magnificent day surrounded by nature - Seeing animals in the wild is priceless. We saw dolphins, turtles, all kinds of birds and even a mother manatee and her baby. Our guide Alex from Secretoo is passionate. He gave us a lot of explanations with supporting photos. He was so happy to see the wails that he told everyone we met about it. The meal was good and very abundant at the beachside. For snorkeling I panicked a little because the water was too rough for me that day. I got back on the boat.

Ignore all other Sian Ka'an tours and do this one - An incredible experience that I'd thoroughly recommend to everyone visiting. A very knowledgeable guide who ran through all local histories and noteworthy sites on the very rough track down to the reserve - keeping everyone distracted from the bumps :D The boat captains were great and managed to guide us to see lots of Birds, Dolphins, Turtles, Stingrays, fishies and even a Nurse shark. Brilliant trip

Great trip, very beautiful - We saw dolphins, a turtle, lots of birds, it was great. Highly recommended! It's such a beautiful preserve. The road there is indeed bad, but everything else was worth it. The day we went the sea was kind of rough, but we still saw a lot of things and truly enjoyed our trip. The food was also really good on Punta Allen.

Immersive Real Nature - It was a super organized excursion! Manrique our guide accompanied us and showed us the wonders of Sian Kahan nature reserve. With great professionalism he explained how the fauna lives immersed in this paradise, always involving us! he has crazy energy and it would be nice to find more guides like him in the future! highly recommended’n

Incredible experience - Wow. What a day. We saw loads of wild dolphins, even a mama and baby, as well as sea turtles. The guides were fantastic and ensured we were comfortable. This was the highlight of my trip for sure!

bird island; dolphins;... - bird island; dolphins; turtle all very cool. Guide was informative and responsive. Would recommend him again. snorkeling was too crowded, lost my boat (they all look the same), lost my group (all look the same). Company should work harder to provide unique visuals (e.g. unique snorkel or life jacket color for each tour group) so tourists can find their group/boat.

Great trip but short snorkel and bath time - Great trip with beautiful nature to see and experience. We we're 12 people and saw dolphins, crocodiles, turtles and birds, snorkelling and natural pool only 15 minutes

A very long uncomfortable car ride, too much commuting and not a lot of time for wildlife viewing - What to expect on this trip: - you will be in a VERY uncomfortable car ride for 1.5 hours there, and 1.5 hours back (3+h total) - you will be on a high speed boat for 3h to commute between spots (not much wildlife viewing) - you will be snorkeling for 15min - you will swim in shallow water for 15 min - you will eat lunch and go back. - we saw dolphins for 5 min - we saw a couple of turtles for a few minutes - the snorkeling is 3/5 - lunch is 3/5 - on the way back you will see a nice bird island for a few minutes - the guide was 5/5, bit split between 5 boats. - you are traveling huge distance to punta Allen and for 10h trip you only get about 1 h of quality time. Overall I left with a fairly sore back from the car and a fairly disappointing day, despite seeing dolphins and turtles…
