A spectacular way to connect with nature. Well worth the time. - From start to finish this tour was a lot of fun and informative. The guide was very well spoken in English so there was no communication breakdowns. Both her and the driver were excellent and very professional but yet very personable. We found the company to be very professional and enjoyable. The tour to release the turtles was excellent. Just. Be able to dig them from the sand. To helping them wake up. The. Watching them get stronger and finally releasing them was just a very humbling moment. Something we will always remember. I strongly urge anyone considering this tour to use this tour guide. Adorable experience releasing baby turtles!!! - We had a wonderful excursion on Monday releasing baby turtles in Juluchuca Playa Icacos! Ulises was very communicative with me before the trip. Mariana was a wonderful host! While we took a shuttle ride there we were offered some drinks and she provided a lot of information of the towns we drove through to get there. It was just my husband and I on this excursion so we were lucky to release MANY baby turtles into the ocean! It was such a cool experience and would do it again!! Thank you!!!!

Saving the sea turtles and future generations! - Fabian was our guide. Friendly and knowledgeable about Zihuatanejo on our ride to Playa Blanca and the non profit sea turtle sanctuary. The director there was informative and stressed the need to continue to save all sea turtles. We released a new generation of babies into the ocean. What a marvelous experience. Recommend it !

Incredible! - We loved the turtle release!! Mariana and Paco were amazing guides. Very friendly and laid back. We got the whole experience to ourselves, and got to release about 10 baby turtles. Magical! Would 10/10 recommend

Must do!! Wonderful family or solo experience! - We had an incredible opportunity to witness the miraculous natural process of releasing turtles today. During the night, turtles come to the beach and lay eggs. To protect these eggs, a qualified team takes them and places them in a turtle sanctuary to protect them from predators on Troncones Beach, playa Blanca. After a briefing, we were given a freshly hatched baby turtle that we released on to the beach. We cheered them all on as they ran to sea! After our release our driver Roberto had beers for us, he offered to take us back to our Airbnb or anywhere else we wanted to go, so we had him take us to a restaurant. Ulises S. Is owner of Ketavi Tourist Excursions great guy, I talked to him several weeks before our trip. he gave me his phone number, he is a go to Guy if you need a taxi during your stay. we could text him at any time, and he send a taxi to come get us.. Very inexpensive and very convenient, we will definitely keep his number and use him again if we come back. If you’re interested in any tours, this is his website. Turtle Excursion - My husband and I booked the turtle excursion with Ulises. He showed up on time, pointed out features along the 1 hour route, brought with him friendly staff & helped interpret communication between the brothers who tend to the turtles. We had a fabulous experience each assisting 30 or so turtles to the ocean. Upon booking the turtle excursion, in addition, he offered and we accepted his services for round trip airport transportation for six people and six pieces of luggage in an air conditioned vehicle at an affordable price. Ulises was easy to access before and during our trip, which was our first, but not last trip to Zihuatanejo.

Playa Blanca Turtle Release - Everything was amazing! We were promptly picked up from our hotel, had a very knowledgeable guide (Francisco), got to ride ATVs to the beach (kids loved that!), had a great lesson on what we were doing and had a hands on experience with each of my three children (11,13,15) getting to be part of it. Amazing and highly recommended!!!
