Excellent staff and very helpfull in case of problems - The staff from Mark Tours is truly amazing. I had a private tour booked mid October to see Bahla Fort, Nizwa Souq and the irrigation systems near Nizwa. The morning I was waiting in my hotel for the driver, I found out that my booking confirmation mentioned a different day. A little stressed I explained the situation and asked Ashok Menon if there was any possibility to still have the tour on that same day. With a flight in the evening and plans to see three sights, Ashok from Mark tours did his very best to arrange a car and a driver in the shortest time possible on his day off. After an hour waiting the driver came to my hotel. He spoke English very well and had a lot of facts and details to share. After all I had a wonderful day tour, fully customized to my personal needs and a drop off at the airport. If you are looking for a great tour operator in Oman, seek no further.
