- Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - You will go to see the biggest mosque in Oman and you are will walk with our tour guide inside the mosque. Photo is allowed. Women’s must wear scarf and short not allowed.
- Royal Opera House - You will visit the Royal Opera House by a special guide from the opera.
- Qurum Beach - You will walk in this beautiful area of Muscat.
- Mutrah Souq - Mutrah Souq is a traditional market housed under modern timber roofing. There you can buy frankincense which is locally produced in the south of Oman (Luban), you will also find local jewelry, kashmiri textiles and perfumes.
- Bait Al Zubair - You will visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum to learn more about Oman.
- Al Alam Palace - You will visit Alam Palace and two Portuguese forts (built in the 1580s). Outside walking.

This experience is a private tour with a local Omani guide managed by an official tour company to discover Muscat City. We are providing a special free lunch to experience Omani traditional food (end of the trip). The tour start towards the biggest mosque in Oman (capacity 20,000 people) that was opened in 2001. The mosque is a unique companation of islamic design from around the world and Omani architecture. Then you will continue to the Royal Opera House which was open in 2011 by the order of Sultan Qaboos. Then you will have a short stop over in Al-Qurm Beach.The tour continues on to Muttrah souq which is a traditional Arab market housed under modern timber roofing. Next, visit Bait Alzubir Museum to learn more about Oman history, social life, tradition and customs, old civilization and many different collections from the past. Then, you will have a photo stop on top of old Muscat City, Alam palace and two ancient Portuguese forts. Finally, it’s time to enjoy local Omani lunch.
- In Sultan Qaboos Mosque, Women must wear a scarf, and a full dress to cover, and shorts are not allowed.
- On Friday, Sultan Qaboos Mosque and some attractions will be closed to visitors. We will do our best to make different visits to Muscat Viewpoint to recover your trip duration.
- Visiting time of the Sultan Qaboos Mosque from 8 am to 11 am. There are different times to start the tour. If you want to make a night city tour you will choose at 3 pm.
- On the night city tour, you will visit most of the places from outside for photo stops and you will spend more time in the Mutrrah Souq.
