Awesome Hammam - The customer service was excellent . The Turkish bath was satisfactory. The body massage was awesome. I paid extra for 60 instead of the 20 minutes full body deep tissue massage. It was worth it. The price was appropriate and reasonable after shopping round. I had face meosotherapy by the Dr. He was gentle and sensitive. The driver was polite and professional. OMG well worth it - The day didn't start of as well as we expected as originally we booked this for 4pm but I received a message a day before that my booking has changed to 10am but we didn't get picked up til 1pm. Lucky for us we had nothing else planned that day only the Turkish bath but I was a little annoyed as I could have woke up a little later rather than getting up early to make sure I didn't miss the driver. Anyway once we was picked up it was only a short trip of 15 minutes up the road. On arrival we was greeted and apologised for the headache but didn't get anything free just a small discount if we choose to have a long session. Once all the headache was sorted they provided us with clothes to wear for the spa treatment and shown the changing rooms, once we was ready to go we headed for the Sauna,Steam and Salt rooms for around 20 minutes, then they will come and take you to the Turkish Hamam and began me Turkish bath experience which was absolutely amazing. The whole experience is so relaxing once the turkish bath is over with they will apply a mud mask on your face and have you relaxed for around 30 minutes before taking you in for your hot oil massage which is so good and so relaxing we had a 10 minute reflexology on the feet and then the entire body and head massage which had me soo relaxed. My wifey absolutely loved it and we both would highly recommend doing this at the end of your holiday once you've got all the excursions and shopping trips out of the way as we did. Definitely would be coming back to this place and I would honestly highly recommend them. The staff are so friendly and polite and the Turkish coffee and tea are great.

dont ever try in this place - cutting corners not acceptablea. don’t ever try in this place. Horrible, dissatisfied and disappointed

Dont waste your money - They originally tried to change our time to two hours earlier than agreed. We were able to change it back and waited outside our hotel to be picked up. At 12:04 ( 4 minutes after our agreed pick u0 time) we received a message saying our tour was cancelled as they had tried to contact us and we hadnt responded. Noone had tried to contact us. We will be trying to get a full refund.
