• Ohrid - Guests will be picked up from their hotel or any other pre-arranged starting point in Ohrid.
• Velestovo - Travelers will be transported by car or minivan, depending on the group size, to the village of Velestovo, where the climb will commence.
• Asan Dzura (Djura-Gjura-Gura) - Old Ski Center Oteshevo - Spectacular views await at every turn. The climb will lead to the Samotska Meadow and Asandzura Karst field, taking approximately 3 hours.
• Velestovo - After enjoying a rewarding hike and breathtaking scenery, the descent will begin. In about 2 and a half hours, the group will return to Velestovo and then drive back to Ohrid.

This trek ranges from medium to challenging, tracing the path once trodden by ancient merchants. The peak elevation on this journey reaches 1565 meters above sea level. The historic merchants’ trail is a feast for the senses, bursting with vibrant colors, enchanting scents, and lively sounds. As we explore, we will encounter spectacular vistas, rich biodiversity, serene watering holes frequented by livestock, and the longest cave in the Galichica National Park - the Samotska Hole.
