Additional Information
On this trip, we’ll explore Macedonia’s largest National Park, Mavrovo. Our journey to the park will take us along the Drim River, offering stunning views of two man-made lakes. We’ll make a stop at the tranquil St. Bigorski Monastery, where we’ll have an opportunity to interact with some of the monks and admire the most beautiful iconostasis in the Balkans. We’ll venture into the surrounding wilderness and visit the Duff waterfall, enjoying a scenic walk through a small river-formed canyon to reach it.
