Great way to see the city - Super clean buses.. very informative without being overly annoying.. on time at each stop.. great way to see and get around the city.. worth it !

I am not a paid reviewer, just a happy customer!! - The very best way to see the sights!! This was my third country using Hop-on, Hop-off, never disappointed! Just go to my app, type in my city, select my option, pay, and done. Nothing could be easier. I actually selected a three day pass in Barcelona, it was perfect!! I rode around the whole loop the first time, then jumped off at the locations of interest. So so easy!! I've been on several Viator tours, I refer them to everyone.

No bus - We booked the 2 hour tour as it was our first time in Munich..I have been on numerous city tours and on all previous trips trhe bus stopped at each of the locations on the tour but on this trip the bus only stopped at the Olympic Park..We wanted to get off the bus at the English Gardens but the bus did not stop there but simply continued to the end of the tour.We were disapponted but decided later in the day to take another trip to visit the Gardens.This time we confirmed at the kiosk as to the last bus time and were advised that it was 1600 and the bus would be at the English Gardens at 1615 - 1620.The bus was not going to stop once again and there did not appear to be a bell to let the driver know but we went down and managed to get off at the stop.We confirmed with the driver the time of the last bus and the driver confirmed the same time.We visited the Gardens and made a point of returning to the stop by 1615..However no bus arrived .We waited 20 minutes but still no bus.As tourists we did not know the city but ended up having to make our way on foot back to the city centre which took about 25 minutes.Extremely disappointing and I would certainly not recommend using this company's tour bus in future.The following day we complained at the kiosk and were offered anothe trip but it was our last day and declined.

Rude and condescending driver - The driver was rude and condescending. He couldn’t bother to answer any of my questions about the tour and acted frustrated. It was so disappointing to feel like I was doing something wrong by simply being a tourist. He shouldn’t be a tour bus driver if he didn’t like tourists.

Terrible - unclear information and long waiting times - Terrible experience. Bus stops are not clearly described on the internet and are therefore difficult to find. The "Eisbach" stop is not the one directly on the Eisbach, but on the other side of the road 200 m away. Although it supposedly leaves every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for the bus with three small children. The bus then simply stopped at Stachus for 30 minutes. Never again. I would not recommend it.

Annoying Driver - The starting point of this particular Hop-on Hop-off Tour was very hard for us to find. We haven't had this problem with other tours. When we finally found it, we had to take the last tour of the day. We had purchased the grand tour. On the second portion of the tour, we were the only ones on the bus. The driver(who was not friendly to us at all when we got on) spent the ENTIRE time yelling loudly on his cell phone while we were trying to listen to the pre-recorded tour. It was really annoying and quite strange behavior.

Not convenient - The bus schedule was confusing at best compared to other hip on - hop off experiences. The bus didn’t stop at places marked, pick up locations were hard to find. Ended up riding entire loop then getting off a location not wanted and walking some distance to where we were trying to get to. Ended up having to get a taxi back.

Don't take the gray line from Munich - There are no arrival times at the stops, we waited more than 40 minutes. A disaster. The long tour is inadvisable. At least with gray line.
