- St. Peter’s Church - First, this city tour takes you to Munich’s oldest church, the Old Peter. The night watchman saw with his own eyes how the devil once hung on the top of Old Peter’s tower and fought with the watchman. That is the reason why the tower is still slightly crooked today. After a few steps we are already in the old cemetery and discover stone evidence of the past. What funeral customs were there in the past and where does the saying come from that stinks to heaven?

A great tour for visitors and residents of Munich - The night watchman tour was great! Very entertaining, interesting and informative. A great tour for visitors and residents of Munich. I have lived in Munich for over 30 years and thought I knew Munich well - until I went on this tour. This night watchman tour is a highlight.

We recommend - The tour was really funny and entertaining, you feel like you've been transported back to the beginnings of Munich.
The 1 1/2 hours with the Katl flew by and we picked up some interesting information, anecdotes and secrets about today's state capital.
We can only recommend the tour to everyone.

Go there! - Informative, we learned something about the Middle Ages, the whole thing was also very entertaining - even the dialect was perfect. I can only recommend the night watchman tour to everyone.

If you are only interested in night watch life in the Middle Ages, the tour is recommended - Competent "night watchman", very friendly.
Personally, we would have liked more sights and fewer stories. The tour actually only went 200 m radius around Marienplatz and then to just before Stachus.

Nice tour, especially for children - The night watchman tour was well done. We took a little walk through the city center for just over 90 minutes. The night watchman mainly told myths and legends, which we found a bit monotonous after a while. Compared to other night watchman tours in other cities, we felt the purely historical part was missing. On the other hand, I think this tour is very suitable for children, because they will certainly enjoy imaginative stories. Anyone who wanted to could also carry the "tail light" for a change.
