Serious and Solemn and Sobering Dachau Visit - This is a very important yet disturbing tour. How can humans stoop to such blatant disregard for humanity and utter evil. Our Australian tour guide Scott did more than an amazing job taking full care of our transportation needs and safety, communicating clearly but most importantly giving us a university style synopsis of the "hell on earth" experienced by those who were truly prisoners at Dachau. This tour will change your whole perspective and, although beyond serious, is really necessary so we hopefully will never repeat the same atrocities.

Insightful Tour of Dachau - The tour to Dachau was both harrowing and fascinating. Jamie gave a very respectful and personal tour, speaking about the individuals and survivors of Dachau and provided insight that is not clear from the signs / texts written around the site. His insight into the horrors of the camp & the history that surrounded it was fascinating. If you’re going, I highly recommend this tour as it made the overall experience much more in depth . Plus being guided there and back from Munich took a lot of the stress of the half-day trip out.

Outstanding Guide - We took the 3/27 9am English Dachau tour. Despite the heavy subject matter, absolutely incredible experience for me and my teenage children—due significantly in part to our extremely knowledgeable and excellent guide. We don’t recall his name but a big, BIG mahalo (thank you) to him!

Great tour with knowledgeable guide - Great experience visiting Dachau. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and navigated us easily from start to finish. The tour uses public transportation—train then to a bus—to get there. Hadn’t ever done a tour this way before so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was very easy. The tour itself was a good amount of time, although there is so much to see and read there it was a lot to take in during the time we were there. Can’t say I would make it longer for myself but if you like to read all the displays, then you might need to make time to come back. Otherwise it was a superb tour!

A must see place! - This is one of the most powerful places I've been, it was really good to see the history that happened here - regardless of how horrific it was. There is a good amount of walking so I appreciated the little restaurant that allowed this to be a full day or half day experience, being able to eat lunch after. The book selection was really good too, and the audio tour was very nice.

Amazing experience through a heartbreaking part of our history! - We did a tour to Dachau with Jaimie as our guide. We were a good sized group of 11 people from different countries and because of fairly cold weather that day there were almost no guests touring the site. Jaimie said we were quite lucky since it was usually very busy. Jaimie was extremely knowledgeable and to the point. He truly made this an interesting experience, was engaging in conversations with the different people in the group and focused on the highlights. Answered all the questions that came up and really showed us why he does this for a living. He is genuinely interested in the topic and has even met some of the Dachau survivors himself. The flow of the visit was perfect and since he had such good sense of timing, we never felt rushed through. I would highly recommend those interested to do this tour with Jaime and Go Tours Munich, i will never tour any sites again without a guide. Thank you!!

Sad and impactful - Jamie was an excellent guide full of information. He paints a picture of the tragedies that occurred in Dachau. My family would recommend taking a guided tour over visiting self-guided.

Dachau Concentration Camp - Jamie was an excellent tour guide! He covered a sensitive topic with empathy and dignity. I have done other concentration camp tours but this was by far the best. Jaime’s commentary shed light on many of my “why” and “how” questions. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions about other camps. Highly recommend!
