Well worth the time - My two tour guides (Nikhil for most of it, and Sneha for Dharavi) and driver (Wasim) were excellent at what they do. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was a solo tourist on the city portion and paired up with one other tourist in Dharavi, so it was very nice to get so much time and attention. I had done the city light tour the night prior with a different agency and found doing both tours to be equally memorable (night, then day tour) and not repetitive. I was a bit reluctant to visit Dharavi when booking because I didn’t want it to be voyeuristic, but I’m glad I went because it wasn’t like that at all, plus I learned so much and came away with a new, positive perspective. It’s a place of opportunity.

Perfect way to see Mumbai in one day - Our day in Mumbai was excellent! Our main guide Shalmali knows so much about all places as she learns history in university also. She made everything so clear. And she wasn’t like history teacher, she is fun and makes jokes about herself and surroundings. Couldn’t wish for better guide. Her English is also perfect. Our driver Wasim took us through traffic safely and provided snacks in car, really nice guy! End of the day we walked through slum with Varsha who lives in slum and she explained everything about industries in the slum, schools, people homes. It was so easy to chat with her and ask whatever questions. We would totally recommend the full day long tour as it was super interesting the whole way!

They deserve their attribute: "Magical". Absolutely worthwhile - Sam is a very good guide: he was able to select the main Mumbai spots joining a detailed explanation with historical references. The driver was cool an effective.
A special mention for the slum visit: unforgettable.

The best Mumbai tour guide - Amazing tour, we saw it all and Sahil our tour guide was full of knowledge about everything we asked about as well as he informed us about history, culture, religions, Indian Weddings and more.. I have actually seldom met a young man like him. He is a mature soul who gives information, numbers and facts as well as being quite enjoyable company

A great day and very good value for money - We had a wonderful tour today with Shalmali as our guide with Sultan as our driver.
Sultan negotiated the chaotic traffic beautifully and was always there promptly to pick us up when we had gone on a guided walk.
Shalmali is a fantastic guide. She speaks English beautifully with barely an accent so is very easy to understand. She has a passion for history and is very knowledgeable, relaying the facts and figures to us in a very informative fashion.
Good job guys and thanks for a lovely day.
Our walking trip to the Slums was also fascinating and extremely informative (I have written a separate review on that part of the trip).
A brilliant day all round.

A great day in Mumbai with Shruti, Hassan and Anushka - We had a great city tour in Mumbai and were totally thrilled. Shruti and Hassan are a young, very dedicated team who have brought us closer to the city in a really likeable way. It was the perfect tour to get a great first impression of Mumbai. We particularly liked that the two were totally flexible and responded to all our personal wishes. We always had enough time for our photos and never felt rushed. Hassan also took us safely through traffic, while Shruti explained everything great to us.
Afterwards we continued through Dharavi with Anushka which was an absolute experience, and anything but a standard tour. If you really want to immerse yourself in the heart of Mumbai, this is the right place.
Anushka, who herself is from the area, opened doors for us that otherwise remain locked. Not only did she guide us through the vibrant local markets, but she also showed us the impressive, often overlooked work processes – from plastic sorting to crushing. It was fascinating to see how this place works.
Her personal insights and deep knowledge made the tour incredibly informative and authentic. It didn't feel like a tourist tour, but like a visit to someone who proudly shows off their neighborhood.
A very cool and insightful experience that we would not want to miss.

Great tour with many interesting places - Great tour. Lots of great places and interesting facts about all the places we visited. Neha showed us places and told us all about them and Dilder was an awesome driver in the dense city traffic.

Great tour - Sahil gave a great tour and shared lots of interesting facts about Mumbai. The places we stopped were good and I especially liked the cricket field. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a taste of Mumbai in one day.
