Delightful learning experience - Shilpa was a wonderful teacher who took us through making paneer makhani, spiced potatoes, yellow dal, and 2 kinds of flatbread. She took us on a quick trip to her local grocery and explained about vegetables, spices, oils, tea, rice, and other staples. She walked us through making the dishes and lunch was delicious.
