Excellent Guide Who Catered to Our Every Need - We had a fantastic time touring Mumbai with Ali. He took us to many places that we wouldn't have been able to without his help and he catered to our needs perfectly to make our tour unique- even going out of his way to find merchants of gemstones for us. The timing was great at stops and we even got to try the preferred lunch of Mumbai locals from a reputable establishment that had been around for many years. We truly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Mumbai like a local in a safe environment.

Fabulous and insightful tour that didn’t feel intrusive visiting the city in the city (the business district of the slum - 5 out of 5 for this specially tailored Mumbai tour for us.
As we only had 6 hours to see the two big temples, the open laundry, the business part of the slum and the station we were super happy with how Ali planned the tour.
His driver brought us quickly and safely from point to point with enough time to go to our hotel, collect the luggage and drive us to the airport.
Now the tour specifics: after speaking to Ali yesterday we decided we will go and see the slums - not as tourists tourists but to understand where and how people live and where over 1 billion rupees per year are generated ( I hope I got the numbers right here).
It was a bit shocking, with rubbish everywhere and as someone growing up in Western Europe very unfamiliar. However it was very educational, not invasive and overall a positive and grounding experience.
If you want to understand India one should really try and see where that hunger for business and the drive to do better comes from.
Brilliant tour, save all the way and he just gives this little bit more that feels we aren’t just tourists.

Complete and Vibrant Mumbai Tour with Guide Ali - I just finished an incredible tour of Mumbai, and it truly exceeded my expectations.
Our guide, Ali, was exceptional—knowledgeable, kind, and full of energy that brought the city to life. His expertise was impressive; he even answered my detailed questions about local flora and fauna with confidence.
Ali took us through the city’s most iconic landmarks, offering insightful and engaging explanations:
* The impressive Dhobi Ghat, the famous open-air laundry.
* The majestic Gateway of India.
* Marine Drive, where we enjoyed the beautiful coastal views.
* A lively farmers’ market, full of color and authentic local activity.
* The historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal a true architectural gem.
* And Mani Bhavan (Gandhi’s House), one of the most meaningful stops of the day.
It was a very complete experience, and Ali is undoubtedly a five-star guide.
A small note for future travelers:
If possible, choose a weekend when traffic tends to be lighter. I went on a Sunday, and it was a great choice.
There are also a couple of shopping-related stops along the way, something quite common in most tours. A little insider tip for fellow travelers: if you’re aiming for the best bargains, it’s worth keeping your options open and comparing prices. 😉
I absolutely recommend this tour and Ali for the quality, insight, and warmth he brings. Thank you for an unforgettable day in Mumbai!

Ali is very knowledgeable and passionate tour guide. Highly recommend. - We did a city tour with Ali. Service was exceptional. He knows the city, it’s hidden and well known gems. He made sure everything was on schedule, which is very important in chaotic Mumbai traffic.

Informative, funny action-packed day - Ali was a wonderful tour guide. Very informative and he also made us laugh. We visited the main sites of Mumbai and were treated to an amazing Indian snack and some sugar cane juice at the end of an action packed day. Thanks Ali
