Great experience - The experience was great, we learned a lot and saw workshops and parts of the slums we would never have visited otherwise. The pottery workshop part is super cool but it’s relatively short.

Fantastic tour! - Amazing tour!🤩 Very authentic look into the heart of Mumbai. The tour highlighted both the strength and the struggle of the people of Dharavi. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable about the community, history, politics, and any other questions that I had. 80% of the money from the tours also goes towards educating children in Dharavi.

Superb tour with excellent guide - I joined the Dharavi walking tour with pottery workshop led by Sabina. She is an excellent guide who lives in the slum so she has this incredible knowledge to share with us and she seems to know almost everyone we met along the tour! We got to see the various industries and businesses in the slum, and it only goes to show that Dharavi is very much a vibrant, positive and friendly community I learned so much from Sabina and she is a great communicator, answering all the questions we have eloquently. This has been such an eye opening tour and I would not hesitate to recommend this, and it’s good that most of the money goes back to support the amazing work they do for the local community.

Brilliant tour - mumbai is an amazing city and I loved it but there is a city with the city that everyone should visit- #dharavi the largest #slums in the world. Made famous by the film #slumdogmillionaire and book #qanda we went on a tour with realitytoursandtravel - part of the NGO realitygives who give back to the community and employ Dharavi residents. We had the brilliant Sabina as our guide. You can't take pictures when in Dharavi and tbh it's so nice to just be in the moment and respect that you are in someone's home.Learnt so much about life there and how innovative people are and what and how supportive the community is. We also tagged on a #streetart tour in a neighbouring area, where we could take pictures. A must do in mumbai
