The Fort area boasts numerous historical buildings, best explored on foot to fully appreciate their charm.
This tour is organized by Reality Tours & Travel, a responsible travel social enterprise that dedicates a substantial portion of its profits to local community development.
Participants will enjoy a guided walk, discovering the main attractions of this area, beginning at Regal Cinema, then moving on to the Gateway of India, Cathedral of the Holy Name, and the buildings on the southern side of Kala Ghoda.
The tour will proceed to Oval Maidan, offering a splendid view of Mumbai University and its Rajabhai Clock Tower, as well as the Mumbai High Court.
The walk will continue to Churchgate Railway Station, Flora Fountain, and the UNESCO Heritage Award-winning St Thomas Cathedral, where there will be a brief stop for a lassi or another beverage before proceeding to the Asiatic Society of Mumbai and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.
