Ok, but I wouldn’t go again - Day trip to Phi Phi. Before you get on the boat you have to upgrade from the lower “standard” cabin - that’s not what we were sold by the agent. Then there are the additional fees. The boat is run down. The snorkelling is pretty poor. Let you in and have a look. Not much to see. They can’t control the weather and visibility but I have taken that into account on the review. There was some food after the snorkelling - I would rate it as 1 out of 5. Weather was poor so super choppy and sick bags - but not their fault. The phi phi beach has debris - even though we paid the additional fee to keep it clean. It was ok. I am going to give it an Ok. Would I go again / no I wouldn’t. Manage your expectations and be clear with your agents about where you’ll be sitting and additional charges.

I'd avoid this one - The van that picks you up is old and very crampt. The boat doesn't look like the pictures anymore, it's in pretty poor condition and looks like it was built in the 70s, very dated. Even in gold it was cold, noisy and far from luxury. You don't actually see Maya bay and viking cave as they fly past it at full speed. They don't stop at monkey bay and just say today they aren't going. The snorkeling is the best bit but only 1 location. The food is average and very busy. If you want to say you been to phiphi it's okay but it's not a great experience.

1 star tour - From the start to the end of the tour, this was just bad. The tour was different than what was advertised including the program times. The tour picked us up at 7 am. We arrived at the pier at 8:15 am, thinking that we would depart by 8:45 am as advertised. When we arrived, we were told that the actual departure time was 9:20 am and the staff took the next hour or so up selling everything from your seat to activities. The snorkeling and scuba diving were such awful experience. Despite the staff promoting that we would be scuba diving and snorkeling in one of the world’s best places, the staff just took off the small bay of phi phi island. Also the boat was crowded and as a result, we were cattled from one activity to the next. The boat ride was two hours one way and thus, in reality, you will only have 30 minutes to do either scuba or snorkeling. Also the boat passed by Maya beach and Phileh lagoon but it is almost impossible to get good photos because the boat can’t get close to these locations and the boat was crowded with people. Save yourself the money and time by avoiding this tour at all costs. I am disappointed that my hotel promoted this tour and that I wasted my day and money with this company.
