Additional Information

This excursion gives you the chance to explore three locations. Our first stop is at Chichen Itza, where you’ll be free to roam and discover what this amazing Mayan site has to offer.

Chichen Itza stands as a pivotal archaeological site within the Yucatan Peninsula, boasting a range of monuments, with ‘The Castle’, a 6.5 km diameter pyramid, taking centre-stage.

The adventure also takes us to two intriguing cenotes. Cenote Ik Kil will be our first stop prior to Chichen Itza, followed by the stunning cenote Hubiku. Both locations provide the option to swim in their cool, crystalline waters. These cenotes hold a sacred significance for the indigenous people of the peninsula. Our final visit will be to the charming town of Valladolid, where you can spend some time roaming the streets, grabbing a bite, or shopping for keepsakes.

Very good just not the same order as the itinerary - The tour guides and the entire experience was amazing and no knock on the guides, drivers, etc. They were great and very professional. I know they are not part of Viator which is a third party. However, I booked this specific tour versus the other options bc of the itinerary. I wanted to go to chichen first like stated in the itinerary, then cenotes so I wouldn’t be wet first then change into dry clothes and get wet again by the time we went to the 2nd cenote I was completely dry and had to put my wet clothes back on. Also pickup was not at 6 like stated when booking but 7ish (I was notified in advance by the tour guide). Also the visit to Valladolid was only 30 and not enough time for anything after going to the bathroom and waiting in the long line there was no time for anything left. To my understanding when booking, i thought we had an hour. The pros: chichen itza, 2 cenotes were great, we got a sack bfast/snack, cold water when starting chichen, and cold water when boarding, great buffet lunch, bilingual tour guides which were very knowledgeable. Take cash for tips and souvenirs.
