  In the function room, participants will be warmly welcomed by the host, who will share the intriguing history of the Mozartkugel – Austria’s renowned chocolate-marzipan delicacy. Attendees will discover the premium ingredients and traditional methods used in their creation.

Hands-On Chocolate Making
Participants will be guided step by step to shape the marzipan and pistachio filling, coat it with a smooth layer of nougat, and immerse it in rich, melted chocolate. The host will demonstrate each stage and assist in crafting the Mozartkugeln.

Wrapping & Finishing Touches
After the chocolates have cooled, they will be wrapped in shiny foil, just like in traditional confectionery shops. At the conclusion of the session, participants will take home their own handmade Mozartkugeln as a delightful souvenir from Salzburg.
