Wonderful and unforgettable experience!! - I highly recommend the trip. Everything went perfectly well, me and my husband got picked up from our hotel at night and arrived and the starting point. The taxi driver was very friendly and respectful. At the starting point, we were greeted by our guide Mang Yon. He explained everything and gave us the needed equipment. He was very nice and helpful, and on the way up he shared the facts about the Mountain and the area nearby. He always asked if we were fine and if the speed was right. On the top, he prepared us food and drinks and explained even more about the area. He made a lot of very nice photos of and for us. Overall the experience is one of unforgettable, nature was breathtaking and we very much appreciated the people we met and would definitely do another trip with the same guide and by Bagus Bali.

Incredible Tour With Breathtaking Views!! - The views were absolutely breathtaking and totally worth it!! Yon was our guide for the hike and he was amazing! He took so many memorable pictures of us, had great posing ideas, and made sure we had the best view of the sunrise. The hike was difficult, but Yon was very accommodating and knowledgeable! Sekumpul waterfall was by far the most beautiful and largest waterfall we saw in Bali! That is saying a lot since we visited many waterfalls later on in our trip. The combination of this trip was perfect and would recommend 100 percent!

Best experience at Bali! - We had amazing time doing this tour! We did the hike with Carik and then the waterfall view with Mang, and both of them were brilliant! They told us many things about Balinese culture and showed us the love for their country. The hike wasn't as challenging as expected, even if we had to wake up so early. A must have experience at Bali!

Some of the best views in Bali and an amazing guide - The views at the top are definitely worth it! We’ve traveled all over and this vista and experience is right up there at the top of the bucket list. Our guide was Wayan Carik at Bagus Bali Sunrise and he’s an exceptional guide. Super fit, extremely fluent in English and excellent at communicating with a range of people from years working in the cruise business, he’s a true local to the town as his family grew up and still lives on the foothills of Batur, and above all, he just demonstrates bone-deep caring. We didn’t get to choose guides through our online booking but really lucked out with him. Let me put it this way, I’d want this guy in my platoon. It was Indo’s Independence Day the day we hiked (big gathering), and Carik was able to take us up on a route that avoided the crowds and bikes. He knows how to side step on the trail to take alternate paths when there were people in the way. He can lead you to the hottest/largest vent at the summit if you want, and he even scored a spare bench and hauled it up a steep slope just so we could have an awesome vantage point for the sunrise, away from the masses. Great with safety as well. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable experience.

Mt. Batur hike - Great tour! Go see Maradona or “Don”. He was a great guide up the mountain! Incredible views. Definitely a must do experience in Bali.
