Fantastic company and experience - We booked the Mount Batur Sunrise Trek trip with Bali Bliss. For the trip we had Made as our driver, who was on time, friendly and very helpful! The car was comfortable and air conditioned and Made always informed us of the plan and what was happening throughout the night/day, as well as answering any questions we had about Bali. Bali Bliss don’t actually take you up the mountain that is a separate company, but Made was back at base camp once we had finished and then took us to a coffee plantation. This was a real hidden gem and had amazing views over a terrace. We were scheduled to go to the Tegalalang rice terrace on this tour but as we had been there before we asked to go back to our hotel; Made was so obliging and checked we didn’t want to go anywhere else to make up for it- but we were so tired by that point we were happy to go back to the hotel. Booking was very easy, my husband did it through e-mail and then communicated via whatsapp once we were in Bali. The trip was amazing value for money and we would highly recommend Bali Bliss.
